I believe we all need to make an appointment and have witnesses as the " technicians" show up take video and pictures and plate numbers. Maybe this might be too costly for them to continue to use the Robo-call services.

I have had at least 10 calls from this  air duct co and I am unable to verify who they are or where they are calling from. They call my home phone and I am on the do not call list.

In solved the problem with an air horn from the sporting good store. These telemarketers wear headphones and one blast from the air horn sends their eardrums into outer space.

On the 24th or 25th of April 2013, I received a call from the 314-492-5898 but ran into a different problem. I was not home when the call came in. Since that time I get a call waiting (4 beeps) when I pick up my phone because the caller id new message was blinking. To this date (April 28, 2013) I can not use my phone to make calls or receive calls,  but I still get the 4 beeps that I have a message waiting for me, which the phone won't let me receive from anyone. Has anyone else had the same problems?

Got a call on 04-10-13 at 3:30 pm from 314-492- 5998 about the "Air Duct" thing ,again. In the past two weeks I got 2 calls a day for 5 days even after opting out.
I hit 1 this time and made an appointment I was told that they would be at my home between 11:30 am and 3:30 pm on the 11th and was given a callback 314-266-0151 as per Rachel the "rep" who made the appointment.
On the 11th at 2:45 pm I got a call from 314-272-3244 I did not answer, I let go to voice mail, it was Corey who left a message that the guys were on their way. The guys showed up at 2:50 pm and were in a white unmarked chevy van. The two unsavory guys came to my door I did not answer, but went around and took down the plate number. Mind you Rachel said that the company was in Richmond Heights. The plates were Illinois R30 5790. I called 911 and the cops followed them from my neighborhood to I-44 and made sure that they went back to Illinois. They took a police report.
The calls started up today again. there are several call centers in  Richmond Heights these telephone numbers are on what is know as "electronic desktops" it is sleazy and a real pain to deal with all this.
Our government and politicians all abuse this system as well as not for profit. So on it goes!!!

This number calls me daily.  I answered it two times, pressed 1 to connect to someone since every other time I've pressed 2 to be removed and never am.  I asked the name of the company, she responded it was Aircare. I asked where they were located, she responded Maryland Heights.  So both times I asked for their address and she hung up after that question both times.  Obviously this is a scam, how can they be stopped?

I've been getting these also, and we are on the no call list.  I say we find the address of this call center in Washington, MO and pay them a vist, to express our appreciation.

I got a call from this # and they left msg about the air duct cleaning.  Channel 4 in St. Louis did an investigative report on them and they are a rip off!  When they come to do the work, you end up with one of those out landish bills.  Then they changed their name from whatever to another & was doing the same thing as in the report found they were the same people.

I get a call from this number EVERYDAY.  My number is on the 'no call list'.  What can we do to stop this?

Ditto on all of this - will try reporting to Better Business Bureau - even though it appears this is not a legit business, maybe that will get some attention!

I did report this call to "Mo. No Call".  Sadly, seems like I'm getting more and more of these kinds of calls so I don't know if Mo No Call is working.

4/18/13  Air duct cleaning robo call.  Very annoying.

I keep getting annoying calls from this company.  Once, I pressed  1  to talk to a human.  Asked them if they understood I was on the Do Not Call List.  The weasels hung up but still keep calling.

My advice.  Talk to them.  Tell them you're interested in their $59 air duct cleaning and make an appointment.  When they come out, beat the crap out of them with piece of lead pipe and leave them for dead.

these people call me at least once a week. when i call and ask what about the do not call list don't they understand they hang up. now they don't answer the phone. i have complained on the do not call registry a bunch of times but they keep calling

Received a call from 314-492-5898 - Air Duct Cleaning Service, ducts, dryer vent.   I listed to the spill and pressed 1 for more information person (female) came on the line.  As me if I would like to hear more about the Air Duct Service and I ask for address and they hung up.

I think they're casing homes to rob them. Exact same thing happened to me, they hung up when I asked for their phone number. They called and offered to come into my home to clean furnace vents, clean clothes dryer vent and A-C for $59. I told them I might want to use them, so to give me contact info - and they hung up. I also am on the do not call list.

Caller ID stated Saint Louis, MO.   Sick and tired of no answer calls.  Do Not Call is a major joke.

Calls, leaves message for air-duct cleaning specials

I called the business owner at Air Clean Filter Svc in Maryland Heights, Missouri, 63043. He is a legitimate businessman who does not actually do residential "air duct cleaning" but he does do commercial filter cleaning. He is not at all connected to these robocalling phone spammers in Washington, MO who are merely collecting valid telephone numbers and trying to collect matching home addresses so that they can then sell them to whomever. Absolute scum of the earth! The telemarketers who work with this bandit company ought to be ashamed of themselves.

Unfortunately, for the homeowners who are constantly being called, there is absolutely no recourse. And for the legitimate businesses in Florissant, Hazelwood, and Maryland Heights, this bandit company in Washington, MO is the rotten apple that spoils the barrel.  

Can anyone ID this call center? Perhaps a former employee? Do the people have to take matters into their own hands?

These phone calls are getting so annoying, i got this number calling me too, and it really made me angry, because when they called i was putting my contacts in my eyes and the phone rang and it was this freaking number, so now i just carry my phone around with me. I have had it with these companies.  They keep calling one time i answered and pressed 1 and someone just said hello and then hung up.  I am just so sick and tired of this.

Calling my phone . . .   I just turn on the fax machine.  They soon stop calling!

Keep getting calls from this number. Green Living. Don't know how to get them to quit! It is true you cant call the number back.

This number calls me about once or twice a week (314-492-5898),  I'm asked to press either "1" or "2" I get no one.  One time they had my phone tied up for about 30-40 mins.  When I try to call them back I received some of the above messages at different times.  I too have had it and

The caller did not leave a message so I called back and got the message "Your call cannot be completed as dialed...."   Strange a "business" uses a phone number you can't call back.

I ignored the call because I didn't know that number. I later checked the voicemail message. Same as above.  It was an automated call regarding an offer for air duct cleaning.  I tried to call back to tell them to remove my number and received the same message "Thank you for using the voice mail system...goodbye.   I am also disgusted with the phone calls from companies when my number is on the No Call List. It is getting worse and worse every week.

Caller ID says "ST LOUIS  MO".  Called the number back later and got message "Thank you for using the voice mail system.  Goodbye".

I have been getting this call also. I went ahead this time and pressed #2 to be removed from their list. It said thank you and hung up. We'll see if that does anything or not. I guess I am going to have to pay AT&T for their number blocking service and start putting some of these numbers on that list.

Exact same story here except I was told they were in Florissant.

I got a call from this number today about the air duct cleaning.  I asked what is the name of the company and where are you located she said "Air Duct Cleaning" in Hazelwood MO I said ok let me check on something with your company, she said hold please, I have another call and then phone hung up on me.  Then I called the number back and got a voicemail that said "thank you for using the voice mail system...goodbye.   "FRAUD!!!
