By the way, yesterday's thread on this guy, people were saying they opted out of the phone calls using the recorded option, but they kept receiving the calls anyway.
NEVER EVER reply to an email spammer or a phone spammer using their "opt out" feature. It's only a way to confirm your existence and then they call you more and also sell your information as "good".
Most people know this already, but a few people obviously don't realize this.

I JUST got this call. Yesterday it was from the same prefix but different last four: 314-627-6811.
Report them to the registry, because apparently he's using a prerecording, which is illegal to do for cell phones. I didn't answer the call, but report it anyway.
As they occur, report his whole bank of phone numbers he rotates his scam to:

The only up-side to this is at least he's not texting. I can't stand paying to receive junk.
