I am on a Do Not Call list and wish these bothersome calls would stop.

I just got another call from 314-649-8187. It is the American Future Fund, which is an extreme right wing nut Republican PAC that is supposed to be in Iowa. They have been demon robodialing us for months every day many times a day. They use a bunch of different numbers from different states. They are like criminals. They are desperately trying to get me to vote for Mitt the Twit Romney. They have some sort of survey that is rigged for Romney and they were offering Target gift cards last month to buy people's vote. Mitt Romney said Detroit should go bankrupt. Mitt also said he had binders full of women. Mitt Romney would bring us back to the 1950s. And his economic plan doesn't add up at all. George W. Bush gave us 2 recessions including the Great Recession and stock market collapses and the housing market collapse and Mitt Romney would probably bring us back to the 1930s and the Great Depression. There's no way I'm going to vote for Willard M. Romney.

I got a call from this phone # when i answered there was  no one at the other end.

Answered phone, nobody there. called back, it was America Future Fund or something similar.  Left them a message to take me off their list.

Accurate description of someone who will almost anything to get elected...imagine the tactics Romney might employ (by accident) in foreign policy agitating long time allies around the world.  I cannot wait to vote next month and against so many in Congress who set their sights on getting Obama defeated than that dealing with issues confronting the common citizen.  Maybe the first to go will those three clowns who said "Just Say No."

They need not call our home again.

As a matter of historic accord I and the wife have been long standing registered republicans. But we vote on best suited for the position and representation for the country. Where by that measure there's absolutely no way that neither I nor the wife or any of my friends or family will be voting for a sleazy criminal Romney / Ryan ticket and that's final.

Based upon values, trust, integrity, honesty, respect, patriotism, care, help, defense and clarity we're voting Obama / Biden and it's not even debatable.

I just got a call at 7:43pm. Just heard on the news that these political polls are no longer accountable due to people like us not taking these calls.

CID said Missouri Call. Didn't answer. I never answer unless I know who's calling anymore. Do Not Call is a joke, it's where they get their numbers.

The do not call list is a waste of time and money.  They have about 3 people to investigate complaints for the entire Country.  This bill is so full of loopholes that anyone can get around it.   We should  deduct the money it cost to set up and run from congress' salary for being such a$$holes when they passed this hell hole bill.  Another perfect example of your taxes at work.

Call came in at 6:29pm. I had family for dinner so I did not answer, I never pick up if I do know the number. Shows, "out of area" I am thinking about getting rid of my land line as 90% f calls  received are sales or political.

Received a call on 10/12/12 at 6:59pm.  The only information on the caller ID was the phone number
314-649-8187.  We did not pick up.  No message left.  Other reports say that this is a company called
American Future Fund.

Why do you live in Japan and have a US phone number through Magic Jack? I know it's all legal and stuff but that situation smacks of wrong doing of some sort. What do you do for a living? Who are you hiding from? Are you complaining about late night and early morning phone calls with the set-up you have? How would they know that they are calling a Magic Jack number from the US that is really in Japan? Get real man---sometimes when you do dumb things you should expect dumb consequences!!!!

I didn't answer.  But I never answer a number I don't recognize. (Sometimes I don't answer numbers I do recognize.)   Folks, I urge you to get Caller ID and -- if you don't have one -- an answering machine.  Then even the number of rings you have to suffer through is limited.  Sell your first-born if you must, but Caller ID makes life more bearable.

I have a magic jack phone with a US phone number. I live in Japan. I get these calls late at night or very early in the morning - Japan time. I hate it.

CID said OUT OF AREA.  Added area code 314 to my nifty Digitone call blocker.  All is once again quiet.

540PM Friday received a call. When I answered no one on the other end....dead for approx 10 seconds then a disconnect.

Received a call from this number and there was no one there or a recording when I answered.  I believe that the time has come where it is OK to bi*** on this site but also to take further action.  Like, start filing a complaint with one's Attorney General's office.  They will have a web site.  When one asks to be removed from a call list the law requires them to do so.  We need to start demanding that political calls be answerable to the DNCL.  Remember that the Attorney General of your state is an elected official, and if everyone would get up in arms about these nusiance calls they should do something about.  Like enforce the laws that are on the books.  I don't think any official of importance reads these complaints.  They might have to get up off of their a**** and earn their pay and do something about them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
