I just got one of those calls as well.  The message had the" I am sure you don't know what happened" statement in it.  If I do not know the number calling in I don't anser the phone.  But I am getting more and more spammy calls and getting sick of it.

I received a call from this number also. Person said she was GC Services, and wanted me to return the call asap. Person identified herself as Diane Hawkins, but the number called from was 206-801-5124. Seems very suspicious to me to call the east coast for a west coast number.

I also have received the same correspondence from scratchy Karen.  She says, "something has happened in my office you need to know about. I have conflicting info, you were in a program and may be getting a refund....can get into a new program." etc. Karen who do you work for, and please if you have all of this contact info on me, sent an e-mail or mail the info.

Received multiple hard to hear calls from someone named Karen with a very scratchy voice, asking me or my husband to call her back with some information we should know about. Only identified herself as Karen.  I don't know this person. She calls on numbers 253-336-4303, 314-851-4327, 800-926-3136. She calls my unlisted home phone, my cell phone, and my place of employment. I really need to get something in the mail from Karen to shed more light on this correspondence. There are a lot of wierd scamming calls going on out there.

Yes, G C Services is still as nasty as everyone says they are to people. They don't care that you were retired and you wife just lost her job 5 months ago...

A woman named Karen called and said something happened in there office and to call back, its now time sensitive. She mumbles where shes calling from. The caller ID came up as Bellingham, MA and a 508 area code.

Why does someone from this number keep calling our office?  He won't say who he is with or what this is regarding.

This number is to GC Services, a collection company that is very rude and insulting to callers.  Ask for Mindy Campbell, she is a peach, she hates when you tell her to put an adult on.  The $7.00 an hour comments seem to strike a nerve.  HAHAHA
