I was called today about Orlando,Daytona stays with free meals for x-# of nights at a reduced rate of  $150.Being learie of a scam,I declined w/o giving any info.Then checked the background on these scamers.Looks like a good move on my part!

Brain called from M.C.S. about lower interest rates I truly believe this is a BIG SCAM. DON'T GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION. HE ALSO GAVE ME A FORWARDING # 1-888-786-6201 # can not be completed as dialed. Don't fall for this scam like I did.

Called about reducing interest - Obviouly Offshore- DO not give out any information- Obvious SCAM!! Thsi number does not accept call backs

I got called from them too. Then I called my bank and they said that this is not totally scam, what MCS does is charging you around 600$ for service and then transfer you to your financial institution and then you ask for credit limit decrease...Usually you can do it by yourself, FOR FREE, just call your bank and ask them to decrease your interest rate. Beware, and don't give them your Credit card number, especially the secret numbers on the back of the card!!!

Was getting a constant call from this number, when i was out at work, finally got through with a live agent, who gave his name Mike Proctar, had a heavy american accent and he kept on asking my personal information, well i had been having interest rates problems for years, and would you believe it i am having a 8.5% interest rate within a month after i returned there package.

Too good to be true, but it did happen, i dont know why people are calling it a scam, but it worked for me in a real good way.

I got call from them simply talked with 3 persons James Kallis,Kalson Conner& Lisa Jmaes explained me every thing about the programme then his financial advisor told me how i got low interest rate on my cards & savings on my all debts.Now I m the member of MCS programmes from the last 13 months  im still paying very low interest rate of 3.53%on my crds & im still saving my money Im very happy with them Thankyou James & Mcs programmes.God bless you & your company..

My girlfriend got a call from mcsprograms.com on Sat. Dec.6/08

The person said that the company can give her a lower interest rate on her Master Card, and he does this for those who have a Visa Card . While he was explaing things to her she couldn`t understand how they could do this.

She then said I will pass you my boyfriend because he understands more about these things.

When I spoke to him I asked if he was based in the US, he said no that he was calling from the Alberta office, and that the main office was based in Seattle.

He said that he had all the info on her in their files, which I found out from what he had said that he didn`t have the info in front of him on his computer screen.

All that was left that he needed to complete things was the final digits in back of her card to compare with his info.

When I asked that he would tell me first what #`s he had for me to compare with that`s when he told me that the info was not in front of him but in the files.

He said that I could verify everything by calling back the office and that the conversation was taped for protection under the law of the Federal Government.

im really stupid i gave information to that men but it was a little bite too much i cancelled all of my credit card and ask to have other with new number and nip....Please dont do like me dont give your credit card and every thing they ask.......Could some boddy stop them they wil make a lot of trouble too many people....

I received a call from Michael Brake , a guy with a heavy indian english accent ( from ghoa, he told me ), student in law in Texas , working with Chris Healey. Calling on the behalf of Mutual Consolidated Savings.  I can't imagine that I was stupid enough  to get hooked. I am mellowing. That' a warning for ohers possible victims.

talk to an india sounding guy and i gave him my cc info should i be alarmed?

PLEASE don't fall for this, the moment I received a phone call today and he said his name was william (thick indian accent) I was a little suspicious, but when he said they work will ALL credit cards and that I would have to provide the balance and all the personal information to him, I was 100% sure this was not legit.  THe phone number he gave me to call back was different from about 1-800-459-2612 but it was the same thing.  I have notified Peel Police's fraud unit and they are already doing an investigation on this company.

East Indian guy with the name Eathan Blake, He is asking questions...like, "Do you have any cards that are not close to it's limit"?   Then we are "Sorry but can't help you until you pay it down, to show you are reliable."...
Th bacgkround noise is lauder than the guy talking to you. Boiler room operations. If you have not seen a movie with the same title,...You must...The only important question he kept asking, how many cards I have and what is the number. He just wanted to get the number bad.... That is when I realized..this is FRAUD for sure. I feel sorry for the ones who thankig God for them. Wake up AMERICA....how much more stupider can we get,... After all we re-elected Bush too......

I recieved a call from MCS the guy having a strong indian accent schiller took my card details and then he handover the call to financial advisor named JAMES ANDERSON having a heavy american accent explain me properly that how i will lower my interest rate.JAMES was very courtious to me .but still i am waiting for the package and the documentation.

called by a foreign speaking person...Judy Lexon but sounded Indian(india) asking if i had any major credit cards like visa or mastercard with an outstanding balance...then proceeded to ask for my expiry date and the security code on the back of the card....when i questioned telling personal info...she stated she needed to varify that i had an outstanding balance before giving me a 5% or less interest rate on my card.  But i ended this conversation as i figured she could steal my credit card.....or credit but somehow getting my number as well with the info i would give.  I said no hung up where upon she called back immediately.  So i got someone else to answer and she tried the same with them.  Sounds to fishy to me to be real.  A scam...as i entered the web site she gave and i could not get on it.....no such thing as MCS program .com

same number but different service. man called charles with thick indian accent apparenly called from 'my computer system' which is somehow self aware. he said i needed new antivirus and told me to google teamv.... but i cut him off and asked what i was using. he said that windows xp told him i needed to update. then asked for personal details. funnily enough nothing to do with my name or address but my credit card. when i said i had a mac he paused and said maybe it was my neighbours computer calling me. then he said he was a virus. became quite funny after shouting abuse down the phone. its a scam obviously but great stress relief non the less.

THEN I RECIVED CALL BY MR ROBERTALEX , after then i put my phone on side...

I found there ISP .. I got address that they are located somewhere in KARACHI CITY . near clifton ( PLACE IN KARACHI ) I belive that this is totally scam if they are calling me from this location what you guys say ???

These peopel call me up to 5 times a day. We asked to have our name removed from the list many times and it did not work. We called the number back. Next step is filing FCC complaint today!

I talked to lisa paul she takes my e-mail address & talked to me about 2 months she also send her photographs to me she is such a sexy girl . She told me she loves bathing with his boyfriends she also convinced me to send her money by my master card but when i asked about her address she got offline and naver talks to me again.

What credit card did they ask or know about. I would like to know so it it is one I own I would like to call and cancel that card as they obviously share info with scam artists.

call came from unkown number 403-648-2647 they asked for all of my credit cards numbers as well as the security number on the back so he could lower all the interest rates. I told him that i was told that my credit card company had instructed me never to give out the security  # on the back of my card and then he procceded to tell me that he was a ligit company and gave me a toll free # 1-888-786-6201 ext 251 agent # 0875.  scammer

Went through all the BS with this company.  I even told them that I had no credit with my cards as I had cancelled them long ago.  I went through the whole thing because hey I would like to save money.  Anyhow when we got to the end so they could charge my card $690.00 to enroll I told them again that the cards were all cancelled.  They then asked if I could pay them some other way, with another card etc.  When I said no they tried to redo my information by putting me back with the last verifier and I told them again and they finally said they could not enroll me with the program.  Very slick I laugh.  They even seemed bored doing it. Now I was BSing them as much but if you can't pay them right away they can't help you.  A scam through and through beware.
