that's nice... these idiots are calling my office and all it does it beep.. no one's ever there.  i'm also in canada, so i find it difficult to believe that any of my employees owe money to someone in missouri

Please stop calling my phone 9 Times a day. U have never left a message and I will not answer calls from unknown numbers. I'm a hard working mom of two kids who cares for the elderly and am putting myself through nursing school. I hardly get any rest as is and the incessant calls are unnecessary. I must keep my phone on me during work for I work in their homes and have to stay in contact with the office and other nursing staff  and it is highly unprofessional for a phone to keep goin off. If there is something I need to do mail it to but stop harassing myself, my clients and my children. I will be keeping a record of all calls and will be reporting to the police and the BBB. I've had enough!!!

They've called our house several times a day for a few weeks.  My husband returned their call and got a bunch of beeps then nothing.  Last night they called at 9 pm when I was trying to put the kids down (school night).  It rang once then nothing.  So I looked at caller id and called back.  Some lady answered, was rude as hell.  I told her to stop calling or I was going to turn her in for harassment.  She laughed started to yell at me, so I hung up on her.

This disgusting company calls at all times during the day and evening.  They don't leave a message.  When I answer, they hang up.

Debt collector for medical bills from St. Luke's hospital

i have been getting repeated calls from this number, but never a message. if this is a debt collector...they need to leave a message stating why they are calling, who they are, and what they want.

I get calls from here from Children's Hospital bill - a bill my insurance company has cleary told me I owe nothing on according to my EOB...I have called the BBB.

I receive calls but it rings once, and then disconnects.  So I got curious and called the number.  The woman who answered wanted my number so she could look up my account.  She said that she could not put my name on the "do not call" list unless I gave her my number.  So, I asked the name of the company.  It sounded like she said, "EVO Financial."  But, once I googled the number, I discovered it was EBO not E-V-O.  I refused to give her my number, but told her the company was not authorized to contact me again.  She said without my number she could not remove it from the list.  Then, when I told her that I knew she had Caller ID, she said, "Have a nice evening," and hung up.  Exactly one hour later, my phone rang, and it was again 314-909-1342.

If they are wanting my money, just calling, and hanging up isn't going to get them anywhere with me.

i received a call the guy never identified himself as working for a collection agency just his first name.  he told me i owe money to dr. wallace well i have never seen a dr. wallace i asked how much he said $15 he asked me to pay the past due amount over the phone, um no i said you can send me a bill i don't know you from adam.  i agree just ignore these calls and go through the hospital doctor clinic that is trying to collect to pay, its safer

I keep getting this call my child was at childrens over a year ago and the insurance paid the bill i dont understand why i keep getting phone calls i work for the insurance company and i know what we paid and i know that i owe no money to childrens i have answered and called them back and i get NO where with them

Called, asked to speak to "Richard Trevor", I told them that the person hasn't owned this phone number for 3 years(Which is the truth). They insisted that I was hiding Mr. Trevor and that they would find him and get the money he owes.

So, Richard Trevor, if you by chance read this site, pay the money so they stop calling me.

I got a call from this number and didn't realize it was my ex employ.  Didn't recog the number on the caller ID.  We owed money to Barnes hospital for my daughters care. The reason the number comes up and then doesn't leave a message is because they are using a dialer and if it detects a machine, it ends the call...  They can do that it's legal under FDCPA.  What they can't do is pretend they are someone they are not....! They can also recommend that suit is filed on any account they have.  Doesn't mean the client has to agree... A collector doesn't have to be a lawyer to do that..  If you see the number on your caller ID just don't pick up!  Simple as that...

I used to work there. They do use personnel cell phones to trick people into answering there phones, this is a clear violation of the fed law and the can be fined.The person who made the call as well as the compnay are subject to fines. And yes I have also heard them leaving messages making it sound like it was a medical problem with child to get debtor or parent to call them. Highly illegal. This company is owned by Dan Hoag and managed by Vince Via and Jay Britton.these are some of the reasons why I ended my employment with them. They have no integrity its all about money.They collect for Barnes,Childrens,St.Lukes,Jefferson Memorial.You should let them know to drop ebo as there debt collectors. Sorry for ever working there.

Calls at different times of the day. If I answer they hang up. Thats it. They serve no useful purpose. I am a care giver for my mother and I guess they are not aware that if something happens to my mother because of their unecissary interuptions, I will see to it that they will pay. One way or another.

I got a call from Connie today from there. SHe DID NOT identify herself as a debt collector, did not give me the mini miranda or anything else. She actually ended up hanging up on me because I told her I wasn't paying them anything. She told me she would recommend that Children's file suit. I called her back, asked for her address and asked her if she was a lawyer. She said no. Told her she can't recommend that Children's file suit then. She said that she could. I asked if EBO owned the debt and she basically said no. This place is a freakin' joke. They have 5 days to send a collection letter or else they are in violation of yet another law.

I received a call from this number as well.  I looked it up before I listened to the voice mail.  I am glad I looked it up and was aware who they were.
The message they left was that they were calling in reference to my son for Children's hospital and they needed a call back as it was important.  When I called them back to let them know how low they have gone by insinuating that the call was regarding a children?s hospital and my son.  They said I was making an assumption that something was wrong with my son and the agent let me know that he would simply have called back without ever assuming that his child might be in the hospital.

If that were true, why did the person that made the call not say she was with EBO, calling for Children?s hospital regarding my son?  They were clearly using the Children?s hospital and my son to make me return their call.

Collection agency used her private cell phone to trick me into answering. The agency is EBO Financial in Ballwin, MO. Big mistake using her cell phone. Now she'll get unwanted calls from all my friends, and maybe from you? Give her a call at 314-443-4670. Tell her I said Hello!
