Called 3x at 2:30am. 2 from private one from the number

They called me to say that "Alex" had a doctor's appointment.  I'm not Alex.  They insisted that mine was the contact number that they had been given.  The phone number is not a doctor's office.  It is a Madison County, NY office building.

Got a phone call from this number. The caller left no message.

I received a call message from somebody saying she was from Madison Co. and would be visiting me today.  I don't live in Madison Co., and the number was unable to be "completed as dialed" when I tried to call them back to let them know they had reached a wrong person.

Who are they?  Did they say what they wanted?? Why are they calling from a disconnected number??

I got a call from this number at 8:35pm. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message

same here i live 2 hours away i been getting that number calling everyday at 4am n 11pm
i try call back n its disconnected how can it if it calls me twice a day  they wake me up both times whats up with that

Just wondering who it is because when i call it back it says that the number has been disconnected or has been changed and they just called me today from the number!!!
