You may be right but your english in this message sound like the same as what I got talking to them. You may be in with them I think it's a scam and the number has been turned in to the local BBB!!

I keep getting the call from this number and they say I have a grant . When Icall them back it sounds like they r in a tunel and they can never seem to get any info right, If it's the government should they not already have my address? How can this be from the goverment when they say the called from DC but number shows new york? No one I have talked to will give me a name of the company just a foreign lady with little english say us grant department? Think this is a scam!!

Try calling them back. Today I called and asked if I could send them money for medical supplies. They gave me their account number. If you tell them you'll send them money, they "send" whatever you want. Grant money, medical supplies, chinese noodles. Give it a try, it's a ton of fun!

(Checks have your name on it and can be counted as proof of payment, with Western Union its like handing them $100 cash I believe.)

most are saying it's a scam, but who has tried it.. 8,000 is a lot plus why can't they take the 100 from the 8,000 just send me 7,900 and I'm a happy camper. How do you know if it's real or not? Why western union.. Why not a check?

he called me and i wouldn't call number back told me to go to western union and wire them 150.00 and they would give me 8000.00 grant money but if it is really grant money it should be free

YES, ITS REAL I GOT A CALL FROM THE GRANTS DEP.T  2 DAYS WEN I RECIEVED THE FIRST CALL I HARDLY BELIEVED WAT IS HAPPENING ,,YEAH TO BE TRUE IT COMES OUT REAL WIT MY SECOND CALL. This Number Has Called Looking For Me every year around this time(for the past 2 years),Offering $8,000 Government Issued. BUT it does not make sense....they said it's a grant, but I have to go to the Western Union to pay $100 first. I believe it's a scam. Please don't trust this!!!
