This number is calling me and harrasing me at work.

We had several medical bills put on a contract at out local hospital and we missed one. It was turned into collections. This company called and demanded the money. I had thought we had been disconnected so I called back and the bi*** had hung up on me. I had asked to speak with someone else and she called me rude. I offered to set up a payment plan and she refused saying I had to pay it all right now. After she hung up on me for the second time, they called my house number asking for my husband. When I asked who was calling, even though I knew because of caller id she hung up on me again. I called our hospital and told the financial advisor what had transpired.

Called and left a threatening message of violence ; I may file a complaint with the police and the state attorney general's office. Have no ideal who or why this happened.

You only have to make arrangements with the office you owe the debt to, you DO NOT have to deal with the collection offices, half of the time the Drs/hospitals have no idea you have even made a payment. BE CAREFUL! Call the better business bureau. Don't worry about it, they are just a collection agency scamming patients. The Drs. and Hospitals have NO idea how they are operating collecting these debts. If you don't know the number DONT answer the phone.

Yes, it is a collection agency. Med Rev Recoveries Owner John St.Denis manager wife Brenda St.Denis collection agent brother of owner Clifton St.Denis. They have several extensions 1-315-488-4219, 1-315 488-4237 and several others. No one uses their real name, so if you have a complaint you will not have a really identity. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau several times it is on the computer and public record. Make sure you pay all physicians offices and not the collection agency itself, that way they are assured the payment. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY THE AGENCY JUST THE PERSON YOU OWE THE DEBT TO.

I don't owe ANYBODY ANY money!  STOP CALLING here, especially on weekends and before 8:30am!  VERY RUDE!!

I got a letter in the mail from them saying  since  repeated request for payment of this debt have been ignored and we believe the debt to be just and legal wr strongly urge you to contact this office immediately

Why do these people call at odd hour? Leave fake name not say where calling from? Refuse to call back alternate number. If this is Bill collector bill was paid. Years ago. Will not repay it again.

Oh no I forgot to pay my 3.00 copay at Brooklyn Hospital. WTF 3.00, yes thats Three dollars and absolutely no SENSE at all.

These people are very rude! Trying to tell me I'm lying about my medical bills for my son being taken care of and that I can't tell tem how to do their job, which I wasn't in no shape or form, I said they were rude! Then she said well this is going on your credit report bye! Ugh I'm pretty sure it's not your job to be rude, it's your job to call and see if you can collect money for the balance not be a b**** about it! Very disrespectful people!

it is a collection agency - they only leave a pseudo-name of an individual and an 800 number to call back 800.390.9865, but leave no other message, only indicating for you to ring back.

I just received a called. The woman asked for my daughter who is in college. Of course that is already scary. And I knew it was from Syracuse and she is near there. I asked what it was about, she said "its personal" and to have my daughter call her that her name was Courtney. Would she tell me the number or could I just get it from my phone I told her I had it. I'm glad I got to this sight and see that other people have been called.

Called for an ex boyfriend, explained that he no longer is at this number and asked if I could help her. Woman who refused to disclose who she was with. Only gave her name said "tell him to call the number that came up on your called Id" .So I called back and was hung up on AGAIN as soon as I asked for a supervisor.  Called again had a woman claim to be a supervisor and say she doesn't have a employee by that name so there is nothing for her to fix and hung up. Called AGAIN 15 MIN later asking for ex's name.... At that point I demanded to know who was calling and woman said if (blank)  does not live at this number then there is no issue and hung up.

Im paying 10$ a month toward my bill which is all i can afford right now I live with very little and am making the most I can even though I know 10$ is not alot. Ive been paying on time and these people are very very rude. I can not believe they would harass me like this to the point of almost crying. I making what I can and Im making it on time so I feel like there only calling me to make trouble. This phone number is MED REV RECOVERIES and there very mean and rude. This kind of behavior should be against the law.

yes med rev called me twice no message however they are not willing to work with you either i offered them ten dollars a month cause i just lost job and they stated they cant take anything less then fifty i said guess your getting nothing then. There is a reason if they have a bill for you.  send me a copy i will pay what i can otherwise wait in line.

Got a call from this number at 7AM on a SATURDAY! They asked for me, and I asked who is calling. The woman snapped at me and said "DON'T ASK ME QUESTIONS, PUT LACEY ON THE PHONE NOW!" I hung up on her and she called me back and said "WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE HANGING UP ON ME?!" And I told her that Lacey will not come to the phone until she identified herself. I then called her a rude b*tch and hung up. I don't have any outstanding payments with any medical facilities, so I don't know why they would call me. There should be a law that they cannot harass you so early in the morning, and be so rude to you. You're not gonna get any money from anyone with an attitude like that!

Don't ever pay the med rev, pay the doc and then the doc will get the money.  Med Rev can stuff it

Where did you folks go? Like, who was the original debtor for you folks? For me it was Dr. Ahmad Mehdi of Tully, NY who is a scam artist who claims to practice also in Groton, NY!  I will never go there again! BS!

So I got a letter in the mail from these folks yesterday and they called me first thing today! I didn't answer it. They left me a voice mail it was "Adrienne" asking for me. I sent them a letter in the mail today saying I didn't owe a penny because I paid it off! I got a bill in the mail from my doctor's office that told me if I didn't pay their bill off by a certain date then the bill would go to collections. I paid! I am going to let them have it.

A woman call me today Wednesday, July 11,2012. As soon as I picked up the phone she asked for my named told me I had an outstanding balance. Asked me for my credit card or checking account number. I told her I don't have that kind of money and that the insurance company should take care of that. She told me they did not and then closed the phone.

Beware of these people asking for credit cards and back accounts number.
