I just got a call on my cell from that very same number and it was a man with an very heavy India accent, said his name is David Johnson and that he is with the FDIC and that he is failing an law suite against me and my SSN. That I will be arrested today at work or at my home.

THEY KEEP CALLING MY WORK. THEY SAY THEY ARE FROM THE FDIC FEDERAL DEPARTMENT OF INTERNET CRIME AND THERE HAS BEEN A CLAIM FILED AGAINST ME AND MY SSN. I TOLD THEM i  DO NOT GIVE ANYONE MY SSN. I ASKED THEM NOT TO CALL MY WORK. THEY DID NOT JUST CALL BACK ONCE BUT NUMEROUS TIMES AND THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS SPOKE WITH HIM AND THE MANAGER. THE USED VERY FOAL AND HORRIBLE LANGUAGE WITH THEM AND THEY ARE STILL CALLING HERE. THE CALLER SAYS HIS NAME IS JOHN SMITH WITH AN ACCENT YOU CAN BARELY UNDERSTAND.

Called my work, left a message they were from the FDIC............Mr. David Johnson. Very strong foreign accent.

I just got a call too.  Its a scam and has happened with my business associate.  Heavy accent

Someone just called my phone saying that I have a complain against me and my ss#. I can't barely understand his accent. He said that he was an investigator but did not say from where. Reported!

CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE HOME AND WORK RE FRAUDULANT CHARGES AGAINST MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, THEY ARE FILLING A LAWSUITE AGAINST ME AND MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. PER MY LAWYER THIS IS NOT REAL WE NEED TO REPORT THEM THEY ARE A SCAM DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE
