Thomas Jefferson is the person who calls my office asking to speak to my partner.  Everytime he calls, I have fun with him because he is an A** Hole.  I would hang-up on him, make him listen to Howard Stern, told him to F*** Off, and put him on constant hold.  On one of these phone calls, he called me 15 times in a 30 minute period.  The law states you can only receive up to 3 phone calls in a day from these collectors....  Next time he calls, I am going to ask about the 3 Stooges, tell him that I can't understand his English, and then say I am recording the phone call.  I hope we all give him a hard time so he could look for another job in India.....  CALL CENTER BABY

I get daily calls for one of our employees. Super heavy Indian accent, gives bogus name, says he with "law firm"  but doesnt say which one, says it a very serious matter.  How Annoying!

I've experienced the same bizarre scenario from a wacky goon who called several times a day for a couple of weeks. He said his name was "Thomas Jefferson" and then "Marshal, Marshal" (First name and last name). The phone sounded like a crappy IP or cell phone call from a Indian Railway station. When I told him I could not understand his bad engilsh over the bad phone connection, he gave me the number of 315-538-9903 to call back. When I called the number and told him at least a dozen times his English and phone connection was unintelligible, he got irate and asked if I was on drugs or if someone was there who could speak English? When I said "I am speaking English"  "Thomas Jefferson" or "Marshal Marshal" said I was the subject of a legal action, and He demanded I give him my name, I told him my name was "Shemp Howard" He yelled I have no Shemp Howard in my system so that can't be you" So I told him I was "Moe Howard, and Latter Larry Fine" and He hung up So far no more calls, so if you are receiving calls from this number you should tell him you are one of the Three Stooges.

The thing that is concerning to me is that he knew the name of a friend who used me for a credit reference. He had my address, my email and claimed to know where I worked and "All about me" He tried to gain personal information about my friend such as phone numbers and addresses threatening that I would be part of a legal action if I did not. Given that I suspect they may have some partial stolen credit reports or I.D., and I suspect they are trying to glean personal information to complete identity theft.

Someone with a thick India threatening to contact my employer and references for a bogus debt.  This has happened to other people.  We are tax paying American where are the laws against cyber crime???

Got a call at my work from what sounds as if it is the same jerks. When I  told him that I would need to see documentation of this supposed debt and that he needed to mail them to me.....he said that he could not do that because they have no address to send it to. I then said if you have enough info to be calling me at work then you would certainly have my address. I then told him that until I had something in my hands to prove this debt, I would no longer be taking his calls! I thanked him and told not to call my work place any longer and I simply hung up! Hasn't bothered me since. Until today! Now they are calling my cell phone saying that my daughter owes this same debt!! Every time they have a strong Indian accent, talk inaudibly and way too fast and using threatening statements as well. SCAMMERS!! SCAMMERS!!

yeah these guys r stupid they called my job a week straight leaving messages with my boss to call Mr.Paul Smith it is important i called them back i new it was a scam but for s****&giggles a played along they gave me my personal info ,in turn i told the calll was being recored and that i worked for the goverment that fool kept on giving me treats the more he treatend me i did it back to him to see if he would give up but i gave up first

I called this number from a Skype phone. The call is going to India. When I said I do not understand his English, he got pissed off. Me repeatedly telling him that I can?t understand his English. He got mad!!! . Loved it, he started yelling and said ?you American?s can?t understand English and we are working in this business for the last 2 years, no one on one has said his English is bad. He gets paid for this, American can?t do anything. ? After all these fun, I hanged the phone.

There was a Voice Msg in my home phone, Caller id showed in my phone was 1-134-116-1185.

I searched in Google the area code 315, it showed New York, Google 315-538-9903 number and found there were lots to threaten calls.
I guess the caller was from India, I call 315-538-9903 number few times from different phone and did not speak , there were 2 guys speaking in Hindi, and it?s an Indian language.
I called 911 and report this, after 30 mins a cop came to my home and took all the details. If you get a call please report to 911. Let them file a complaint. 1 day, I am sure these guys have to be behind bars.

Brad is calling again.  My ex is a cop and he said I should record the conversation and then tell him such. He said that may be enough of a deterant not to call again.  He also said to tell them you have contacted the State Attorney General and filed a scam report.   I have been getting calls from a 662 area code which is Mississippi and 315 area code is New York.  I have also gotten calls from my own area code and 555 number.  I answered the one time and he told me he was Brad Stevens and from Washington.  I laughed and said that funny why are you calling from my area code and I said you are scamming me.  He hung up and didnt call back for a month.  He is a putz and if you dont get upset and tell him conversation is recorded, that you know this is scam he wont call you for a while.  These guys are STUPID

I got this call from this person today also.  They will not seen the paperwork to me.  I feel this is wrong.  If I owe I will pay but I want to see the paperwork.

Yeah, I got the same calls at my job threatening me and saying if I don't call them back they will speak to my boss and garnish my wages.  I finally called the guy back and he can barely speak "ENGLISH" our native language.  I told him I don't know him or the company from a bag of beans and if he wants to mail or send me information than do so but in no way do I intend on giving a total stranger any information.  After that, he say's ok thanks.

Same thing, calls on cell, at home and work from and Indian guy who made the same claims. How do you get rid of this guy? Where did he get my information in the first place? How do you stop him? I didn't give any information and I am PISSED that he knows where I work!!

I have received a message on my work phone today from a indian guy named Brad Stevens from ACS legal department.  He said I owe money and legal documents would be released in the next few days to my employer to collect on this debt.  He said I better pay up or I will face consequences from the attorney general at the courthouse.  I think this is the same guy that has called me repeatedly on my cell phone for a 555 number in my area code.  Said he was from Washington and I owed money etc.  I finally said to him that why was he calling me from my own area code and a 555 number that does not exist if he was from Washington and he hung up on me.  Now he is hassling me at work.  Not sure what steps to take next. I have alerted my employer of the scam.  315-538-9903

get calls from this number and various other numbers, all an idian guy named mr. stevens from the legal dept of ACS - for a payday loan i took out online with advance cash america.  this payday loan company doesn't even exist.  they run computer checks on people who have done payday loans and then they call them up with all of that "old" information and say you never paid off your loan.  sorry, but i keep better records of my bills than that.  they didn't even have my right name or email address, but they have my social security number.  they call me all day & night at work and at home - FOR TWO YEARS NOW!!!  if i was going to jail i think that would've happened by now.  when you tell them to stop calling you that you know it's a scam, they say they'll call you back and then they hang up!!!!  i'm changing my number because this is BS.

Got a call from this Indian guy, claimed he was the head of the legal department and claimed that I had an outstanding debt. I let him go on for a few minutes and then told him that I wanted it on paper, and to send me a copy of the documents, so the my lawyer and I could review them, he hung up on me after that.

very shady googled it and yep its fraud , Called me twice called back indian guy who i couldnt even understand apparently i owe 5 grand but if ipay him 517 then all will be erased.... a***ole
