Started getting calls from American numbers last week (I live in Europe and am registered for no telemarketing).  Got a call from this number today, person on other end (sounding drunk) said 'helloo' then went quiet, clearly nuisance call.  Some people need to get a life....

Got a call from this number (315-635-9781). I didn't answer, but immediately called back and got a message saying this number was not in service.

No message, just missed call at 7am. from a New York number and im in England (as inthe real UK one). suspicious.

And Another pay phone call 607-737-1405

Received another pay phone call from 516-746-9347. Did not answer.

Received call today from pay phone 315-635-9781 saying it was tech world wanting to repair my computer. I asked he no longer call.

caller said that he was from Microsoft.  I entertained his requests to look into my computer.

He had me load the event viewer and then see all the ip address fails to show me that was the problem with my computer under administrative events.  I continued to go along with him,.

He then asked me to type in www.support.me
I tried to google the web address but couldn't find anything.  I told him I had to go and make dinner for the kids and I would call him back.  He gave me the # 302-937-9427 which I think is bogus.  Anyway, the whole thing is a scam.

got 2 calls in a row 607-594-4642 & 315-635-9781 caller id says PAYPHONE and was regarding microsoft and computer being infected, don't give out any personal info or info about computer this is a SCAM

got a call from +13156359781 , on googling i found it was some spamsters number so please do take some serious action against these scams

Just received a call from this number at. 9:00 pm. I greeted 'Gary' enthusiastically in an admittedly sarcastic fashion. He could tell I was messing with him. I asked him why he was calling me and he answered " I want to f*# k your daughter." I said, you want to what ?? And he repeated the statement then hung up. I am beyond livid right now.

My son picked up the phone when he saw NewYork was calling b/c he thought it was some of his family that was traveling in NY. The number was 315-635-9781. The guy had a thick accent & my son thought he said, "I'm a chuka kabra" & he got scared & hung up. When I called the phone # back, there was a recording that said the number was not in service. So irritating!

Got a call from (315) 635-9781 saying my computer that has Windows was corrupted and I needed to do as she said. Told her hubby was a tech and I knew my computer wasn't corrupted. Then hung up.

I just received a call from (315) 635-9781. They said, "You are the owner of the computer that runs Windows in your home, Yes?" Then they proceeded to tell me that there were many errors and triangles popping up on their end and my computer was corrupted and I had many viruses." I then told her,  at least I think it was a female voice, with one breath and speaking very fast, "My husband is an ITT and My computer isn't corrupted and he takes care of our system! Good Bye!" Then I hung up.

Got a call this morning saying she was calling in regards the law suit and birth control. Indicated she was with a government agency.  Told her didn't think so as the government is shutdown. Told her she was a scammer and good luck wither next person.

Got a couple of calls from these numbers   +1(315)635-9781  & +1 (718)745-5293 in the last few days , not managed the answer any as one was in the early hours of the morning and the other while i was at work. looks like  most of  the calls have come from the New York area in the  USA ,Ordered some Goods from the USA  a week earlier from **** might just be a coincidence but i dont think so !!!!,sure someone from the largest  selling & buying site is also selling our information to make a quick Dollar.Thanks you  A+++++ !!!!!!

Got a call from this number at 12:48AM. I didn't answer it because two nights before I had a call from a different number at 10:50PM. That call I did answer and unloaded on the jerk, so I was pretty sure I would be getting another late night call. I normally don't answer any of these calls, they usually come in during the daytime which makes them easier to ignore. These a***s have no morals or scruples.

Got a call from this number just now (315-635-9781) I didn't pick up - now I'm glad I didn't! I've been getting harrassing calls from various numbers for a couple of days. What I put it down to was, doing surveys and things, like from myoffers.co.uk. I think someone naughty has gotten hold of some of my information!! Tut tut! I live in Oxfordshire in the UK.

I'm starting to receive these calls now and I live in sleepy Lancashire in the United Kingdom. I've only seen reports of these calls from people in the United States and Canada, so they're certainly spreading out!

Tried calling me at 2:49am.....listed as a missed call....what the f***?!!! 2:49 in the morning?!!!! on a Monday, no, Tuesday???!!!!  Complete b.s. that these calls come in at that hour....!!!

Scam Callers:

I keep getting calls from (315) 635-9781, A guy with an Indian type accent states that he's from the Government and I was selected from a list of people with no criminal background and will receive a $7,000 dollar grant. All they need is a Debit card #, Account# etc.. to deposit the money.
PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS ONE!

Got a call from this number when they asked for someone who doesn't live here, I replied that person wasn't me and the heavily accented male voice asked, very rudely, why i answered the phone. Idiots.

Recieved a call from this number today and it came up on caller id as PAYPHONE.   The man on the line said he was calling from the Fraternal Order of the Police.  Asked If I could call back and of course, he asked if there was a better time to call to speak to the head of household.   My next step is to call the real FOP and inform them of this imposter scam.

Receied a call from an indian man from this tl # 315-635-9781 He said he was from Microsoft and my computer had a problem-I hung up on him

I have received several calls from the same man, one of the calls was from this phone number-- another was from a phone number in Florida. He had a very thick Indian accent & asked for "Katrina Lincoln." When I told him that there was no one here by that name, he told me that he was going to report my phone number. I asked him what he was going to report & he said that he was going to report that "company would not give phone to employee." He told me that his name was James Taylor & that he was with "Financial Crimes Department." I googled this while on the phone with him & told him that there was no company with that name, he said that he was with "Legal Finance Association." I ended the call asking him to not call back that there was no "Katrina Lincoln" at this number. About a minute later, he called me back and said in a very deep voice "I LOVE to harass you", "I LOVE to harass you!" Very creepy!

Got a call today from someone calling themselves Computer Max. Before they could tell me I had issues with my computer ( I haven't) told them to stop calling as I was not letting them anywhere near my computer and that they must be stupid if they thought anyone would fall for this well publicised scam.  This call followed a similar one from 6073639766 a short while ago trying to achieve the same thing.  Wish they would all fly round in ever decreasing circles until they disappeared up their own derriere.

This number 3156359781 called me, thick indian accent, wanted me to go on my computer, said he was going to fix it, told me it was sending him errors, and its running slow.  PEOPLE this is a scam, hang up.  Make sure you scan your computer becuase if you received this call that means you got a virus.
Told me company was called Support Therapy, report him, this is a scam to steal your money.

I received a phone call from 315-635-9781. It came up as a payphone. It wasn't very smart of me to answer, but I did. The creep on the other end sounded as if he were of Middle Eastern or Pakistani descent. Once I could make out what he was asking, it concerned my computer. He did not state a company that he was with and he yelled at me because it was hard at times to understand what he was saying. When I finally completely understood that he wanted info on my computer, I told him my computer was of no concern to him, I was please with my provider and it was none of his business and he had no business calling me. He then threatened to throw a bomb in my house. I immediately hung up and called my computer company and provider to explain the oddity of the phone call. I admit I was unnerved by it and I call my local police department. They explained that they took these threats very seriously and sent three police cars to my home. They came in to check everything out, took all my information and the phone number and opened a case file on it. They will be researching this number and it is most definitely on file with our city's police department. I have the case number and if it happens again, I will take it further. I am on the Do Not Call Registry and had to call them again and reinforce this. Hopefully something will be done about creeps like these and others.

Just received a call from the same guy.  He had better not call again, claimed he was from a company affiliated with Microsoft (like they have the time to call little old me:) and that there were reports of bad viruses in my computer.  When I asked him which computer he couldn't tell me, he said that it was the one I used to search the web the most.  I told him I didn't trust him.  Reading all these other posts I see he has been doing this a long time and can't understand where he got my name and number.

Was contacted with someone with heavy accent sayingh my computer was infected. He said he was calling from impcsupportdotcom. I said I was going to look them up and hung up. Aren't they supposed to abide by Canadian laws since they have a Canadian based phone number?
