got a call today from this number. did not answer. no message was left. Im on the do not call list as well. Its obvious these people pay no attention to that list.

I don't answer name unavailable calls clicked the phone on and back off to shut up the ringing.  They sound like a fun group of people, I think if they call back, I'll have some fun!!!

I can be very evil and incredibly convincing from time to time, maybe I can make them pee their pants...

I just received a phone call from this fake number. I get wary when I see a bunch of zeros on the caller ID. I am also in KY too. Folks, never give away your credit card numbers or your social security number to these scam artists.

if thay have a phone number thay have a bill    its not to hard to   understand that thay just dont wont to do anything about it ....im in ky too

I got a call from this number also. called back and wanted me to leave message. no way

This is a scam asking for your credit card information because you've had such great credit with your company.  Was told to F*** off when I kept repeating that I was on the Do Not Call List.  I reported the number to my card company and to the feds.

I work for a company that assists mentally challenged adults ... we have home like settings this number called and i hung on to speak to a representative,  I asked them nicely to take that number off the list and that I didn't have a credit card and this was a business. They started laughing two of them hysterically I asked what's so funny they started asking if i had shaved my p____ and was it fresh fro last night. It seemed like a business had a recording in the beginning and all.  I called back the number its not a working number so how crazy

I received a call this afternoon 6/30/12 from the number 317-000-0009 stating he was a credit card company.  The man introduced himself as Dwayne ( he had an indian accent) stated since I had good credit if I would like my finance charge decreased to less than 12%.  I agreed, he proceeded to request my credit card number stating he had all the other information about me except the credit card number and he new it started with a 4 ( all my cards start with a 4). I told him I was not going to give him my number with out proof of the call coming from a legitimant company.  So I asked him to give me the number he was calling from and I would call him back. He refused making an excuse. He then proceded to get aggresive and I told him I was not going to give him my card number.  He said, "you can stick your credit card up your a**".  I hung up called *69 and the Operator but the number was unable to go through. I feel this is a sham and everyone should be alerted to this solicitor.

I got a call from this number today again. This time I registered a complaint with the National Do Not Call. They are Soliciting me and they are not allowed to call my number. I might suggest you file complaints as well the more complaints the sooner they do something about it.

I just picked it up 5 minutes ago (I'm in KY) and got someone from "card services" on the line.
I hung up on them.
317 is in Indianapolis area...

I get calls from this number from cardholder services. When I asked them to stop calling the male operator told me to suck his c*ck and call me an a-hole. I am pretty irritated.

Received call from this number today; didn't answer.  Am also in KY.  I added it to my blocked # list.

i just got a call from this same number

Got call this morning. Press 9 to lower your credit card interest rates. I pressed 9. Man answered who had a non-English accent. Asked me if I knew why he was calling. I said yes and asked to be removed from the calling list. He interrupted me and started talking. Asked if he would let me talk a minute. He said "Thank you bi***" and hung up. Tried to call number back and recording said this was not a working number. I don't have a credit card but obviously he don't care!

I'm am so sick and tired of having this number call me!  They say lower you credit card rates. Oh Please.
I'm on the don not call list but that don't work either. Just got one right now in KY. If someone can read this and put a stop to it I would thank you.  Turned them into the BBB but that didn't do anything either.
Get these call's on a regular basic... STOP IT.. DO YOU UNDERSTAND ENGLISH..... STOP!!!

Also in KY, got a call from this number on the home phone today,  Did not answer, as it is a fake number.

Got a call from 1-317-000-0009.  Left no message.  I never pick up if I don't know who it is.  Ever.

Receive calls from this number. Dead air. According to the phone company, this is not a valid number.

This number calls and leaves no name and no message; I am on a do not call list.  How do they get by with this?

I get calls from this number, but because of the number sequence, and not knowing who is calling, I assume it is a telemarketer. So I don't answer, and try to call the number back, but it will not complete the number as dialed. I don't know if anyone else has calls from this number and answered, if you have any idea I would appreciate a posting. I think the next time I will answer and update my posting.
