The usual scam artists via automated message. Don't bother. Keep your hard earned money in your pocket where it belongs.
Heads up - The latest scam on the rise are these "directories" with a "FREE Directory Listing". they'll send you a bill regardless of your response and claim it's because they have a voice recording of someone saying "Yes" to their offer.
Stay alert, your money belongs to you!Caller: Scammer

Being polite, or not answering a tele-marketer, or adding them to the FTC's near worthless DNC list will not make them go away. The proof is in the tens of thousands of numbers listed on sites like this. The only solution is to be as rude and crude to every tele-marketer, every time. They have no problem with interrupting 999 people's daily routine to get their 1 scam completed. If they had to listen to 999 people like me for every 1 scam they completed, they would soon find other employment. Reliable places/29 prime has a horrid reputation, see http://www.la.bbb.org/business-reviews/Search ... ch-CA-100098611 Additionally, they use multiple numbers and here are some the ones I have posted to date: 949-777-6616, 949-797-7199, 513-202-6395. Many of their older numbers have been disconnected. Its working people! BTW found a great call blocker, still setting it up (unlimited call blocking) Callclerk.com, thanks codeman.

This number has called twice today. Prerecorded message of a woman's voice with an American accent telling me to press 1 to update our FREE internet business listing, please press 1 now. I quickly disconnected the call .

Yet another Google-based scammer. Prerecorded message of a woman's voice with an American accent telling me to press 1 to update our FREE internet business listing, please press 1 now. I pressed nothing and the call quickly disconnected. Caller ID simply said Ohio, though it's just as likely, if not more so, that the call actually originated overseas.

Another telemarketer trying a different approach. They wanted me to press one if I wanted to put my business on the first page of google.(yeah right).
If you are stupid enough to fall for this, then just take a baseball bat. Send me your money and hit yourself in the head. Think about this. If I get over a hundred of these idiots calling me a year, all telling me that I will be on the first page of google, guaranteed. last time I looked, there is only about 12 listings on the front page of google. They are calling 1000's of people, and that proves the scam. Don't fall for it.
