I got a call from Robert Singleton stating that I have an out of state warrant against me I needed to call him immediately, this scum bag called my job and my parents house left me this awful message. When I called last night it's just a recorded message stating only the person name and that they'll call you back, this morning when I got to work I called again only to get a message saying this number is not receiving incoming calls to call back later. Watch out for this # ( 317)-285-0311.

Received call from Robert Singleton from this number, very threatening, stating i had warrants out for me for fraud and that i was going to be arrested within 5-30minutes.    I know it was a lie, and I've heard of scams like this - this guy was screaming at me and he has also called my work and my family to get me.   I don't know how they get your name, but this is terrible.   No real business would ever call and scream at you.   I called the police on the number and reported them.    I also told "robert singleton - doubt his real name" that I was calling the police on him, he hung up on me.     Also he never would tell me the company he was with, or any facts.

I received a call at work (spoke to my coworker) and my mother received one also threatening that if I didn't call back within 5 minutes I would be arrested on the warrants out for me.  They both gave me the message, and I had heard of these types of scams, so I called him back at the number he left and told him I was going to call the police on him, he started screaming at me, and I mean screaming, what type of legit place would conduct themselves that way?  They wouldn't.   When I called back he said "i'm going to transfer you upstairs", and no one ever answered.    I called my local police, and they said it was very suspicious activity and sounded like a scam.    Also stated they did not have my name on any "roster" and that it wouldn't even work that way.    Anything legitimate would be in writing not a threatening phonecall.

Company called United Processing threatening me about some felony charges.

Chad Barnes, which is likely not the callers name, called my office number today and left a voicemail. The call-back number he left is (317)395-7150. In the recording, he speaks of a "complaint scheduled to be filed", "allegations" and "never responded to the ten-day notice". I imagine Chad is smart enough to not make threats of legal action in a recording, so I will have to see what he says when he decides to call back.

This company is a fraudulent debt collector. They will scare you and attempt to have you pay a "fine" to avoid arrest. This is a verified scam with the FBI and they are currently being investigated for attempted interstate wire fraud.

Today I got a call from them to let me know  I am going to jail today afternoon the funny thing i have work for attys i have several outstanding dept since i loss my job last year at this time im unable to paid no collection company could have you arrested they only thing they could do is call you and drive you crazy however they are harassment as well a felony to tell you thing they said therefore you need to file a policy report went they call you again just give them the police report number they see you not playing and you not stupid.

My mother inlaw also got a call stating I had to call with in one hour that there was a warrant out for me. 317-497-0821 I called the number back and was transfer 5 different times they wouldn't tell me the account number only that I had a debt with ACE loans for 1067, Chad stated that if I called ACE loans they would charge me with harassment as well as a felony charge among many other thing I was screamed at and told I was wasting there time. I contacted my attorney generals office and was told this was a scam and do not pay them any money.

I keep getting calls from these two numbers by a person by the name of Casey. 317 204 3614 and 317 456 0526. He states I have a lien against my social security in my home state and that I have a felony with a warrant for my arrest. Am not sure who they are calling but am under age and never had a credit card or checking account. These mongrels are calling at 7am and past 9pm. Who are these people from Unified Processing? Any one has suggestions of what to do. Am not who they are looking for and can care less of all the information they have revealed to me about this man hunt. I asked them to stop calling me, they got the wrong guy, and they just keep calling. Also got calls from ?317 451 4776.

Chad Barnes called my mom's house telling her I was facing fraud charges and if I didn't call back in the next hour they were going to send the sheriff to get me.  These guys should be the ones facing charges.

I can not believe Cahd and Dave. I was scared but knew I did nothing wrong. There was no affidavit against me or any warrants. I was advised to get FBI involved.

the man who called me from this number named Chad Barns just started screaming at me and saying that the police were coming to arrest me that they had an affidavit and a warrant for my arrest. they had my work address and phone number. I called and checked, there is no affidavit, there is no warrant, just a big fat lie.
