This foreigner says his name is Attorney John Hudson calling from 317-495-3707, so I blocked this number out of my home telephone but he calls on my cell number & also has the last 4 digits of my SS#...

Thanks for these posts. Just got the call today from stark and assc. The number now is 317-495-3707. Im going to call these jokers back and tell them that i have a counter suit with a policeman in route to his location. By the way his name is jeff foster now.

Just got the same call today. When he said I have to send the money from a money dot green card, I knew it was a scam. Plus I checked this site first as I was on the phone with him because it just sounded fishy. It did scare me first but he would answer any of my questions when I asked who was the client was that suing me and he kept talking over me.

I recieved numerous calls from this number and the same john hudson guy at work and on my cell. So i tracked down starklaw associates out of california and they told me he is a scam and they have been trying to catch him. So icalled the number back and told him if they called me again i would take his number to the police haven't heard from them since. On a side note if there are legal implications you would recieve letters or an actual police officer at your door to inform you of this dont fall for the phony call. Hope this helps sombody.

One of my clients received a call from this "company".  How did you find out it is a majic jack number?  You should save any messages just in case there is a real company behind this guy.  You can sue for violation of FDCPA.

I got that same call today, and scared the crap of me. I know that I haven't tried to take any loans out...plus I knew something was weird because he was talking way too fast. My fiancé called the number back and it was a magic jack number. Please be aware of the scammer.

I just got a call from stark and associate from an Alex Scott threating the same thing

Unwanted scam calls to 708_574_2673 FROM 317_495_3707......    They are threatening a lawsuit against me.

It's a scam I got a similar call saying he's from Scott and associates and when you call back he says hello then ask is this a law firm and says why yes it is every law firm says hello and what firm this guy was a middle eastern man with a heavy accent it's a scam. He said he was going to send my employer and the sheriffs department my info no law firm would you send your info for a legal matter to your employer don't even worry about it

used the name mike davis number317-495-3707 sound middle eastern  knows my soccial number threatening me for fraud  dont let you talk dont tell you who you owe   tell you that theres a warrent for me  any one know if this is a scam wanted me to pay 447.00 todark green at walmart if i truly owe this money i can make payments   but tells me cant make payments what lawyer dont let you make payments  also it sound like same voice telling me he was police and had a warrent  ilookedup my name i dont see a warrent   is this a scam or not also when went to call the other night the number came up magic jack number not assigned yet

Called me with the same bull. I said remove my number and let me speak to the supervisor. Also, I said I wasn't the person he was looking for. Rambled off all the same things he told everyone else and hung up. I knew it was a scam because he could not even speak English properly.

I am so glad I checked the number through google I about had a heart attack with this guy he called me saying the same thing as everyone else said I really freaked out thank god my brother told me to check number and I found this! Please be careful I was scared this guy was willing gonna take legal matters and have a warrant issued by 11 am crazy!

man i did a lil role reversal on this mother f****r i called and asked for John Hudson and he said " speaking" in some mush mouth voice obvioulsy his name aint John Hudson i never met a mush mouth named John Hudson.

i told him i won a $50 dollar greendotmoneypack gift card thru a sweepstakes. he put me on hold and then tried to get my bank information and I said I dont have a bank hence why I need the gdmp and eventually he said i had wrong number and hung up.. was pretty funny tho

I just got the same exact call, and  I'm on SSD. I think they got my number from a place where I applied for a loan but changed my mind when I read the contracts...IDIOTS!

Same here.  Record his calls and save your voicemails for evidence if needed.

He just threatened me with the same scenario. Saying I was being sued for credit fraud check fraud and something else. When I started to ask question like when the loan was taken out and the amount of the loan he got upset and say he wasn't at liberty to answer my questions and hung up on me. Then he called back and said that he didn't hang up that we got disconnected.

i got a call on june 25 2013 talking about i had alone from americanf loan of 400 hurdred if i don't call him back the police will be at my house today with a warret in i been in jail for 6 month there need my bank card number so there can take the money off my card the number her call from is 317-495-3694

I started getting these same phone calls yesterday threatening they have a legal complaint against me and I'm under investigation. At first he said he was Mike Baca with a middle eastern accent. Then phone calls started again today and now he says he's Chris Matthews. This is just insane. I haven't answered my phone but he is leaving me messages. I called the sheriff's office but not much they can really do. I'm calling my phone carrier now.

F*** this guy! He tried and couldn't get away with it. He called my job 5times! Saying he was from and attorney office and then saying his name was John Hudson. I was called by the same numbers listed here.

I just received this exact same telephone call about 30 minutes ago.  I reported it previously to our local sheriff's department.  They handle harrassment cases like this.  Once I told him that I was doing this, he hung up on me and said, "Fine!  Then just get arrested.".    Try that the next time and see if he hangs up on you as well.   Some times he addresses himself as Detective Ian Martinez from Washington, DC.  I asked him if he said he was from the state of Washington, DC.  He said, "Yes.".  I replied that Washington, DC is not a state in the United States and that he was a fraud.  He hung up that time as well.   Another time he was the former president, John Quincy Adams.  He has also been Shawn White, the snowboarder.  Just be careful.  DO NOT send any money nor get a green dot card.  My local sheriff's department says to block the number from your telephone.  They said that if the telephone company will not do so, file a report with your sheriff's department and then you have paperwork to show your telephone company that you are being harrassed.
