how do you get your money back

Anyone asking for a payment up front is a scam for 1. And 2 simply cover ur a** by tellin them that there is no western union or money gram so for them to make it a wire transfer btwn accounts so its a recorded trsnsaction. ....they jus tried to get me lol I'm from nyc land of the hustle n scams so u gotta no damn well how to b***s*** a bull shiter......careful everyone I'm jus lookin out for the lil guys....

I receive a call from this number several times.

the same thing happen to me yesterday , they said i was approve for $3000 and wanted $210.00 processing fee. when i gave the control number to them from money gram i made in attention to Brandon Spain Sr. in Texas. once they revieve the money they called me back as well and said they need a another transaction for $190.00 because my middle intial was not there and my last name was mis spelled. i stopped and they are calling me all the time and i went to the dupage county sheriffs office and did a report, i am also going to the local police dept. and filing a complaint as well, please feel free to contact me at via email tomsmith258@yahoo.com. these people are scams

IF THEY WERE GIVING YOU A LOAN WHY SHOULD YOU HAVE TO PAY A FEE UPFRONT? IT SEEMS THAT THE PRUDENT THING FOR THEM TO DO, IF THEY WERE HONEST, WOULD BE TO DEDUCT THE FEE FROM THE PRINCIPLE. RED FLAGS SHOULD GO UP WHEN YOU HAVE TO SEND THEM MONEY VIA WESTERN UNION SO THEY CAN RELEASE YOUR FUNDS.

I received a phone call from this exact same number  217 217 dollars that I will receive 3000 dollars though I told them I was applying for a loan and I had no money then they got harsh so I guess they won't call me anymore because I'm a n**** trying to get money I'll go for a grind just get money

They have called me and told me about the loan but I am sceptical what do u think?

A men called and left a message on my answering machine who had an Indian accent that claimed to be suffering from AIDS and DISEASE and said: could you "PLEASE,PLEASE,HELP ME!!"(he repeated this) then said,thank you...many blessings.OH NO HE DID NOT!! May GOD forgive him & others alike...REALLY!! SHAME ON THEM!! I'm a Dr.in Ministry(Non-Denominational)& Metaphysics. After a hard day at work I come home to find this number on my caller ID twice.  They left no message.  Now, these dummies have called three more times.  I have not picked up the phone because I did not know the number.  After what I have read on the other posts, I surely will never pick up.

This number calls my business local number multiple times throughout the day. I've asked them each time to stop calling and remove the number from their records.

They have called me several times telling me I am approved for $3000.  They want $203.00 Security Deposit to be refunded when the money is deposited in the bank,  I truly believe this is a scam.  DO NOT DO THIS!!

They told me to send $548 and they would send me $5000.  I sent the money and now I don't have my money.  They are a scam artist

Got the same set calls... out of Indianapolis area code 317 ... I actually called back and advised that I was putting a tracer on the phone calls...

GOT A CALL YESTERDAY OFFERING MONEY LOAN.  I DECLINED AND HUNG UP.  ANOTHER CALL FROM HIM, WHICH I LET GO TO VOICE MAIL, THE MAN CALLED ME EVERY DISGUSTING NAME IN THE BOOK.......I HAVE KEPT THE MESSAGE

I got 16 calls between 1:00 pm and 8:00 pm.  My sleep time.  I work nights.  They tell me they are looking for David Armstrong about an approved loan.  Can't understand most of what is said due to the heavy accent.  probably faked. They gone so far as to ask me if I'm not David Armstrong's wife, then am I a prostitute.  Then when I laughed and hung up, he called back up and said if I wasn't the wife nor his prostitute, would I marry him.  Cheez

Dont do it they got me like that i sent them 375.00 for a $2500.00 loan after i told them i couldnt send anymore money when i called back the guy answered laughing mcdonalds it is a scam

I just got a call from # 317-614-0078, they said that I'm approved for a payday loan.  In order for me to receive this loan, I would have to send them a Security Deposit via Western union, and I would turn around and I would receive my Security Deposit and the amount of the loan, right away from Western union ~ is it just me or does it seem like it's a scam?  Please tell me what or if I'm the only one that has had the same thing?

I received two calls on my answering machine from this number - 317 614 0078.  Same as these oither posts - foreign accent telling me my loan was approved - I definetly did not apply for any loan.  I got two messages so far within an hour of each other.

Heavey accent male called asked about my payday loan (which I didnt apply for) wanted to verify info. I asked who applied for this loan, he said I wasnt autherized to get that info. Called back 2 times. I told hom I was calling the Indiana State Police and he told me "go ahead".
I called him back and told them I needed thier address to give them thier money and was told that they wouldnt give me that and asked why I needed it. I told Mike I wanted to come there to visit them and give them what they really needed

Rude individual with heavey accent, refused to verfiy info he said he had on me, refused to give me his superviror.
Wanted me to verify my info. hung up when I said I wanted his address to come to him.

Was called by Payday America - "Roger Williams" (YA RIGHT!) India accent - This is the 3rd phone number in 2 days of scam calls - this was $3,000 - but had to send western union $550. - THE LAW STATES THAT TO RECEIVE ANY TYPE OF PERSONAL OR PAYDAY LOAN THERE ARE NO FEES!  He had his Supervisor call back and I said I know this is a scam and don't you feel bad taking peoples money! 'WAIT" ready - SHE SAID 'NO YOU ANSWERED THE PHONE AND IF YOU SEND IT WE MAKE THE MONEY NOT YOU! AND HUNG UP! and there is nothing any of us can do - most of these scam calls originate from India and they purchase software to hide there numbers or change them to where ever they want!

This place promises you money and ONLY if you give them $600 and if you do, then they will call you back telling you that you need to pay another $300 just to get ALL of the money....SCAM!!!!!

These people keep calling me on my trakfone.  I am on the do not call list.  What will it take to stop these people from calling all time.
