Keep receiving calls to my cell phone - never leaves a message - when I call back it is just a busy signal

I got this call on October 09, 2009 at 934am. I thought maybe it was from an old friend who I had heard had gone to Indiana do a bit of work for the blind. They didn't leave a message or say anything and when I called back it was busy.
