Many calls from this number (and similar numbers) over the last several months.  In the past this call center has always had a charity-sounding organization.   However, they don't have webpages, and any donation is not tax deductible.  I no longer answer and block the number when they come up.  They never leave a message.

The people on this web site are not the ones calling you.  We have no control over who calls you.  And insofar as anyone knows, the owner of the phone number does not read this.  Even if they did read this web site and actually wanted to stop calling you, your message is posted anonymously.  NO ONE, including your caller, could determine, from your completely anonymous request, what number not to call so as to satisfy your request anyway.

I suggest that you call your own phone company and find out what systems they provide to selectively reject calls from certain numbers.  You will have to do that yourself.

Please someone make these calls stop I get them at least 4 times a week.  Have researched for the address have come up with nothing.  I am reporting this to the Attorny Generals office.  Enough is enough

Received several calls from what Caller ID identified as:  TOM  317-802-7827  All were hang ups until 4/18/12 when I answered and the person asked for my husband. When I asked who was calling, he hung up on me.  We are on the Do Not Call List so am unsure why we continue to get these calls.

I get calls all the time from this number. Never answer numbers I do not know.  They never leave a message.  Caller ID says Toms.  I also get call from other numbers that say Toms-317-802-7789,7829 7826,  7779.

I also get this number a few times every month or so.  The one time I did answer, it was a 'pitch' for money for Indiana State Police -children's fund of some sort.  I asked they send me something written on thier "charity" and never got a thing in the mail. When I got the call once again today, decided to search a bit on ID it came up as .TOMS but the "802" ext. is close to one my office uses. I am on ALL the no call lists.  So I am now adding to my Comcast call screen list to stop the calls.

I do find it very interesting that they appear to NOT be involved with the State Police in anyway- Can you say-FRAUD!?

Received call from 317-802-7827 the morning of 6/29/2011.  Caller ID:    .   TOMS.  I answered and no one responded.  From this site I learned that it is yet another "charity" solicitation from the Indiana State Police.  I am also on the Do Not Call list both State and Federal.
I am sending a complaint to my State Attorney General's office as well as to the Indiana State Police.

They have called numerous times and I have told them no, I can't give at this time.

We have received 3 calls from this #. The first 2 times, noone would say anything. The 3rd time, she asked for my husband by his given name...not the name he goes by. When he got on the phone, either noone was there, or she had hung up. He called the # back, and noone would answer. I tried several times after that, and the line was busy, then back to noone answering. Very frustrating, especially when we are on the "Do Not Call" list!

Got a call from this number, left no message.  The identification on my phone was odd, showed .tom?  Have received a few call attempts from State Police representatives soliciting monies, suspect this is one of the phone solicitors as well.  Keep trying, I'll keep ignoring ....

Person claimed to be from the Indiana State Police Trooper Teddy Program. I immediately informed them that I don't give any money to phone solicitors, regardless of the cause. They asked if they could send information through the mail, and I agreed, just to see what would happen. I received a form letter about the program, with a return envelope to mail a donation. Even through it's titled "Indiana State Police Trooper Teddy Program", there's nothing connecting it to the Indiana State Police; no actual reference to the ISP, not any watermark, logo, endorsement, etc.  It lists:

Has the closing as "Best regards, R. A. Phipps, Program Director"

Yes, I'm on both the Indiana and Federal "Do Not Call" lists.

This person rings my phone but there isn't anyone there!  I don't know a person by this name and don't recognize the number.
