Called my grandma, 87 year old woman.  Don't need this bs.  

I reveived a phone call today at 11.29.a.m. My husband  makes fun of me.. To me this phone calls are very dangerous and annoying. Jennifer has call several times. Who are this people? Any information I will appreciated.

Receiced a call from this number AT&T needs to do someting to disconnect this number for nuisance calls from what I have just read this goes back alot of years and needs to be stoped.

I found out that this may be a scammer who pretends to be someone that you owe money to.

This number shows up on the caller ID.My phone has a privacy manager and tthe caller is unknown. When I try to check the number it leads to no where. It says, "you need to put more money in the machine.

I keep receiving a privacy manager call number 317-871-4697. It is most annoying. Please investigate.

I keep getting calls from this number despite no call. It seems not to work on this number. But I simply do not answer, period. Jerks.

Looks like these slimy scum bag vermin are still at it. Have had 2 calls in the last 3 hours. Thank GOD for privacy manager...........its still agravating though.

They said they are calling for someone else at our number, which is a do not call phone number.  they said they are mr. morris from united fuel and left a phone number and case number for another individual that they said "is related to me"....and clearly this other individual is not related to me....I am not related to Melissa Davis nor any Davis's for that matter.  The guy was foreign and obviously trying to scam.  He left a call back number of 800-925-8978, x3614.

SOMEONE FROM THIS NUMBER CALLS MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY AND WHEN WE ANSWER IT THEY MUMBLE OR HANG UP, WE HAVE TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER BACK AND GET A RECORDING TO DEPOSIT MORE MONEY. I WANT MY NUMBER OFF THEIR CALLING LIST DO I NEED TO CALL THE BBB OR INDIANA ATTORNEY GENERAL?

This number called my home phone, which is private and unlisted. When you try to call it back, it says, I have not deposited enough money??!! Very annoying!

I'm on a no-call list and this number call 2-3 times a day.  Friday, January 4, 2008/Saturday, January 5, 2008 they called at 12:30 a.m. and 3:00 a.m.

This number calls two to three times a day.  I am on a no-call list.  The worse was this weekend when they called at 12:30 a.m. and again at 3:30 a.m.  It is an automated voice message that can't be made out because it disconnects right away.

I get this number at least once a day. Privacy manager picks up. it's getting annoying. I, too, am on a no call list.  It started in November of 2007. Once it did answer and something about meds in a very heavy accent for about 10 seconds.

I don't answer, but I get a call at least once a week from this same number.

this number has called repeatedly and ends up going to privacy manager.  Never leaves a message.  Interfered with a friend trying to send a fax.  Called it back and it says I haven't deposited enough money for the call.  Looked it up on the reverse white pages and it's private.  Truly annoying.

This number has called my home numerous times.  It goes straight to privacy manager.  The woman on the phone has said she is Tonya the first time and the next day she was Tina.  I once accepted the call and the woman on the phone told me she was trying to reach Angy Sutton.  I told her no one was there by that name and to stop calling my house.  It's really starting to tick me off!

Repetitive calls from this number...I was trying to receive a fax at the same time it started so I kept thinking my fax machine was malfunctioning.  Now I know it's just junk and won't pay attention.  Rolls over to privacy manager after 1 ring.

Just got pranked by this AT&T PMS. Stop allowing people to block their numbers, there is no reason to hide your number from somebody your calling unless you are causing trouble. Somebody call AT&T and let their CEO hear you!

Nobody is actually calling you folks from this number.

If this number is showing up on your caller ID, it's because you have subscribed to AT&T's Privacy Manager service.  

When someone calls from a line with blocked caller ID, they are redirected to a service which will ask them to record their name.  Once they have done so (and an automated call with a recorded message will "qualify"), the call is routed to you, and the caller ID will say "Privacy Manager" and the number (317) 871-4697 will appear with it.

If you pick up the phone, you will be presented with the option to accept the call (press 1) or reject the call (hang up), at which time, the call will be rerouted to your voicemail (if you have voicemail service set up on your line).

I answered the phone and they hung up.

We have a privacy manager on our phone, so we have the option of accepting or refusing calls that don't give their name on caller ID. The person said his name was Pat and he knew my first name, so I clicked to accept the call, but then he hung up.

I work with a B**** who was suppose to be faxing August statements but she used that number so she can say she tried to send the fax and my fax machine does not work.  She is completely crazy.

Have been getting calls from this number for weeks.  Calls 20-30, times a day or more.  If I pick up the line either clicks off or I am told by a female voice to "press 1 to continue this call", then the phone disconnects.  Monday got 14 calls in 20 minutes.  Last night got a call at 2:00, 3:20 an again at 4:30.  I am done putting up with this.

Two phone calls from this number in the middle of the night, 1:56 a.m. and 2:02 a.m.  

These calls are not appreciated!

I've been getting these calls too.  At first I just thought it was some company trying to get around the no call list to sell me something I don't want or need.  I also have privacy manager, so I let the answering machine pick up and if it's someone I actually know I can pick up.  Usually the answering machine only has the, "If you'd like to place a call..." line but a few times it was something I couldn't understand.  No bill collectors after me yet the last one was at 1148 PM.  My parents are elderly and not in the best of health so late night phone calls are scary.  Don't have any enemies so I don't know why this is happening.  All I could find out is that it is a landline on the northwest side of town.  I don't even know anyone there...

I am getting these calls again,i'm fed up with this crap.It stopped for a
while,now it's starting all over again.It's funny that no one can do anything about it.
