never had any business with time warner.   The only way you can get around the do not call list is if you had a prior relationship with them, therefore I should not be recieving calls from them.

It is a survey! Today is Dec 15, 2007 and I just received 2 calls around 11am then 11:45 and ITS SATURDAY for god sake!  Annoying bastards.

My number is similar to this number and I get calls contantly from morans who don't know how to dial thinking I am time warner. If you want to make a long distance call, you have to dial a 1 in front of the number... 1-866-701-3778. Stupid people end up calling me all of the time because they do not dial the one in front of the number. I am not time warner!!! Quit calling me you stupid morans!! Blame time warner for calling you, not me!

Just got a call from them. Didn't recognize who it was, so I didn't answer. I assumed it was some type of sales call. They didn't leave a voicemail. From the comments, it looks like it was Time Warner. I just cancelled one of my services with them, so I'm assuming they were calling to get my opinions on the customer service or to upsell me to something else.

Relentless - they never leave a msg & call everyday 3-4x, each call exactly one hour apart.  Thank God for caller ID

There's a fine line between good customer service and anoyance. I moved all my services from Verizon to Time Warner because of their excellent customer service and Verizon's total lack of. It's a shame they haven't realized phone calls are an anoyance. They have our home addresses and eMails, why not use them. We check our mails at our convenience, phone calls are always at the callers convenience. In-convience means anoyance... bad customer service

Received call from (866) 701-3779, I didn't pick up and just let it ring. Somehow, the caller was able to make my phone start beeping really loud. I had to unplug my phone to make it stop.

RE: Time Warner's customer service has always been excellent when I have called for help.  They fix my problem over the phone or send someone out the next day.  I figure if they treat me with respect and courtesy, I can do the same for them.  If you just spend 2 minutes doing the survey they stop calling.  That is less time than it takes to complain about it.  If this is seriously the worst thing you have to complain about, be thankful.  I'm not trying to be rude.  I'm very serious.

So why are you here looking up the number?? A few oustanding bills on your mind?

i got a call last night from 2025405123 ID'd as TV survey. and this number today - if it's Time warner it must be the same survey. Then another following from 'out of area' a favorite of mine.
