I have also been getting daily phone calls from this number on my Belgian mobile since the beginning of the week. Was never able to answer them (or call back), but take it from the posts on this site that this is ADVERTISING, Proximus calling to offer you a subscription. Of course you can't call back a call center (as several people reported here) ...

I am wondering whether Mobistar (my mobile provider) has started selling phone numbers - I've had this cell phone for a number of years now and never received any spam before. But since last Saturday, I have had daily calls from "we are doing a survey on ..." ("Privénummer") or 3211494998. This is really annoying. Anyone else here with experiences concerning GSM spam?

Also received a call from this number, since i was talking on my other phone I couldn't pick it up.
After I recalled the number, the call was terminated immediately, so I googled the number:
It's seems to be PROXIMUS with a proposal to change ur subscription.

Apparently everyone who got this call is from Belgium so the answer below in dutch :-)

This number called me at my mobile phone today and another time 1 week ago (I live in Belgium)

The first time he called me was six days ago, from then he called me another 3 times & i live in Belgium too.When I call back my call is terminated.
