I just got that exact message, wame winning code 5555. That website or page link does not exist. I do not think this to be ligit. 99% of these are not. I blocked the number from my phone. If a person did follow such a web site, it may very likely contain a virus that will give the caller your personal info and therefore screwing you financially. I can't stand scammers, the rest of us were taught to work for a living.
