called for someone who lived here many years ago.  made me go thru menus, left me on hold for a long time.

I will be going out to purchase an air horn. It sounds like that may be the only way to get rid of this company.

This Harvard Collection Services is still calling for the same person that isn't me. Today I answered and pressed the button to be removed from their call list, which I doubt will work, as has been the case with other calls of this nature. (The other players have).

This debt collection called me three days in a row last week and just called me again this morning. I'm not the person they're trying to collect a debt from. I talked to a real person one day and he tried to give me a little lip (nothing over the top and no swearing), and seemed to care less whether this, "Harvard Services" doesn't call again...which was the case.

The laws or regulations to do away these unwanted calls sure aren't enforced as well as they should or could be.

I also got a few Cardholder Services calls, and one of those obnoxious, "This is you're captain calling/speaking!" calls within the last couple of months.

Their name is Harvard Services - They are a collection agency . They are located in Illinois. Collection Agent's name is Nate. He can also be reached at 800-631-6093. Their FAX is 773-283-5086. They continue to question you about your status with the person they want to collect on. They call and hang up all day. Will not stop even when told you are not the collectee. Will not give info on collection. They will harass you weather you  are the person they are looking for or not. They will annoy you to the legal limit of the law 8:00am to 10:00pm. Try calling and FAXing them and ask them to cease and desist or go to  FCC to complain. Give them the company name and Nate if they do not give you their name and what they want.

I am getting calls at least 3 x a day, even past 7 pm, they're looking for someone, I never heard of. Have informed them 3 x that I am not that person, but it doesn't seem to matter.

I have gotten 6 calls from this number in a hour and a half.  When is this considered harrassment?  They ask for someone who is not at our number, then ask me to wait to talk to a representative.  Then no rep is available.  Then they just keep calling

Caller asks for someone who had this number 2 years ago.  When pressed they admit they are a collection agency. I have asked multiple times to be removed from their list since I am not the person they are after.  My requests have been unsuccessful since they have now called more than 7 times in the last month.
