Someone called my cell phone from this number and then hung up and when I called it back there was message that said the number you have called has been disconnected. I live in Orange county but I don't have Orange county utilities.

The number is for Orange County Utilities. It's a reminder call when your bill is due.

Keeps calling my husbands cell but, when you return the call it says the number has been disconcted and is no longer in service
