This number said it was with county arbitration, that I needed to call back within 48 hours or a complaint would be filed. Ended with "GOOD LUCK". Totally fraudulent, theres no way a complaint would be filed, or that I would have ANY matters in arbitration.

these people are fake. they call and try to tell you something has been returned to your bank and you have just a few hours to send them the money to correct it if not they are going to call the police in your county to have them come to your house for theft. they are not real just check your bank account and you will see they are full of it.
