Received three calls from this number on my cell phone yesterday. All three we're hang-ups....no voicemail left.  The call is coming from Florida.

Faxing a Cease and Desist Letter telling them to stop calling will do abxolutely NO good.

You have to send the letter Cease and Desist Letter to Stop Calling by---

U.S. Mail , Certified Mail, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED !!!!!

Is the only way collection agencies will begin to pay attention.

Faxing the letter gives you no legal proof. The postal proof from a certified letter is 100%
proof you told them to stop and they know it will hold up in court and most people that send
a cease and desist letter the correct way mean business. They know the next logical step
is a lawsuit under the  FDCPA. They stop calling. Each call after you received the green certified receipt
card back in the mail. Start keeping an exact log of all the calls. Time, date, who called you, etc.
Each call is a separate violation and additional fine that is paid to you and they have to pay your
attorney fee's.

Get aclls everyday looking for Larry Fischer have called back three times and asked them to QUIT CALLING this is a business.
They just hang up on me before I finish even talking.
Who are these RUDE idiots and can I report them somewhere.
They have no respect for my business so we need to teach them this.

Caller I.D. has only the phone number.  My company moved within town and got a new phone number belonging to a deadbeat.  I probably get 5-10 calls per week from debt collectors and they do not listen. I tell them to Google the number to see that it is my company and to call my phone company to verify that the number is assigned to me.  Calls keep coming at the rate of over 500 per year asking for that person and also several others.

Telemarketing call from a magazine company

Constant calls. every day, several times a day. Had the same number for 2 years. I only give it to ppl I know. so, I KNOW they didnt get the # from me. Nobody is ever on line,

they don't leave any message, it is a callection agency, the keep in bother me for three years or more

From Verizon Tampa, The try to charge from calls I never made 3 years ago

Commonwealth Financial Systems, Inc. . Has been calling and asking for different people each time. ask for someone who does not live here again. Told him we do not operate a motel and not to call again.

Calls answering machine picks up and they leave no message. 3 calls this year so far.

thank you for reporting this, I was told that I will not be removed from the list and they will continue to call me for a medical bill not pd....

just got a call with a computer voice saying press one if you are soandso and press 2 if you are not soandso.  funtimes

this number was from a collection agency asking for someone else and said to call back thier 800 number 8008482170.

I got a call from this number and some message to hold then a man answered ask me if he could help me Isaid you called me what do you want.      Was disconnected.   I have no idea who this is or what they wanted.

left an empty  msg on my voice mail...just some crackling

Have received multiple calls from this number over the last two weeks. All that is on the answer machine is a CLICK. I don't know anyone at this number and am tired of being bother by this.

This message is comming from a compay called NCC a division of Commonwealth financial services.  I called it back and it rang forever but was eventually picked up by someone.  After telling them I have been called by this number several times they took my number and said they are removing me.  We shall see if they really do.

Tell them "please refference the FDCP policies and procedures" (fair debt collection procedures) even if your are the intended party and you state "do not call this number" they are required to remove that number by law... If they do not stop you can hire a debt rep attorney to sue them! There are laws to protect consumers from harrassement and unfair treatment at a federal level. If they violate them and the attorneys good the debt can be "made to go away"

They keep calling but they never leave a message.  I dunno who they are or what they want.  Unless a message is left stating what it is they want I'm not calling anyone back.  I wish these a**les would learn a machine is set up for a reason, sometimes people work and are not able to pick up the phone!

Maybe this was a prank call???

This number belongs to NCC Financial Services... I recieve 12 to 14 calls a day from this company tryin to collect on medical bills as a result of a car accident last year... The owner of the vehicle that hit me, his insurance company paid the bills and co-pays in full as soon as the person he allowed to drive his vehicle was charged with felony DUI / DWI, Falsifying info to a LEO, giving a false name, driver had no insurance, suspended license, possesion of drug parahenaliam, causing an accident with serious injury, property damage over 10K, and she had a felony warrent for her arrest for check fraud.

NCC needs to contact the courts

I revcieved a call from this number today and I pressed 1 and was put on hold. When I was finally taken off hold this guy answered and said he was from some finacial group.  He asked me how he could help me and I told him that they called me and then he hung up.  So i called back and the ame guy answered i told him the same thing and he hung up again.  On the third time calling back he said "oh damn sorry let me transfer you to your representitive and then it went to some voicemail.  Who ever they are they are not professional and my number is even on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

Hi I called this number back after receiving this serval times a week. Never a voice mail. So today I was at a loss. I called spoke to this guy he was really nice and was normal. He tells me that this is a credit collector trying to reach me so it is a legit company. When u talk to them just ket them know that you are not the person they are looking for and they will take your name off the autodialer. Its not a telemarketer, either it is really you or someone made a random number up in which it was ur number. If your nice the call won't take no more then a minute. Now if they continue then by all means do what you got to do..

Kept calling asking for someone named Kerri.

I receive several calls a week from this number.  Today, when they called, I was asked to hold the line and someone answered as "Tom Wilkes Financial" and how could he help me?  I advised him that his office called me...he then hung up.  I get collection calls all the time for the guy who had my cell number before me so I'm guessing this is a collection agency.

These damn SOBs called my house at 8:37 AM! I thought they weren't supposed to call until like 9 or something.
