a jake martin called and stated that he was from the state department federal credit union. the number is 321-257-9947. i have called the sdfcu and they said that there was no jake martin working for them.

I talked to this Gary, Jake, or Mark Martin (these are the names that he has used in the last two weeks). He said that I was getting charged with federal fraud and used my sister-in-law and brother to contact me. He has called my job as well. When I told him that I was gonna report him and his numbers, 321-257-9947 and 425-242-8783, to the police, he started getting upset, loud and irrate. I told him that I was looking at his handy work on the internet and he started to curse me. I told him that he was not gonna holler at me because he has the right person on the phone and I was not gonna tolerate his harrassment. Well then he says that he wanted to f&%* me. Then he says that he was gonna get me and my sister. I laughed and hung up the phone. People, you have to be stern with this guy and make him break down...I don't think he will be calling me or anyone in my household again.

I also have received messages from this number 3212379947.  I do not know who they are.  They left a message on my phone stating that they were from St Martin (?) State Dept. and that legal action was being taken against  me and my social security number.  Not exactly sure who these people are, but are also calling me at work.  I work for a Police Dept and called their number back (only to get a recording) and advised them that all phone calls to my cell phone and to my job were being recorded due to so many scams.  I have yet to hear back from them today.

I also got a call from work and on my cell they had left 4 VM's yesterday stating the SAME thing over and over and told me he only had one thing to tell me and it was GOOD LUCK IN LIFE... I honestly felt threaten by these people. they said they were going to take me to court in the state of Flordia, I have never been there or anywhere near there...Not sure how i can report them, but this is madness

Received a call today on my cell from a Kevin Peterson with a very thick Indian accent claiming that someone (I couldn't make out what name he said) had used my name in fraud financials and that he was from the US Dept of Fraud?  He left this on a voicemail and threatened that my friend (that I think he named as So And So Blobgist)  and I would both lose our jobs and be behind bars, if I did not contact him on this time sensitive matter. I did not call the number back because it is obviously a scam. I don't know anyone names So And So and don't have a job right now either. What is this? How do they get our numbers? I am supposed to be on the Do NOT Call list. What could they possibly gain from this stupid hoax? Oh and the number showed up (321) 257-9947 Sanford FL. Is it really a US phone number?

this person kevent petterson is colling my in my cell and my job tellns mi the  is colling fron United state legal departament of investigation and the i have to pay $479.00

I have recieved numerous calls from this Peterson guy threatenining me with jail and the loss of my job!!! He says I owe him money which is impossible so I called my bank to let them know and I am changing my account and contacting the BBB as well. I can't believe the scams that are out there and how wrong people are and who try to imtimidate hard working people. I now why hell exists:)

This is just a scam to try to get people to give them money. If you have ever done a payday loan this is how they get your info. Its probably a good idea to change your account. I called this peterson guy back and told him I was on to his scam & their were numerous complaints about him. He hung up on me. I've tried to call him back to harass him but he always hangs up as soon as he sees my number. What do***e bag!!!

I to keep get calls from these Indian people, they are very rude and have been threating me for over a year! Telling me I have commited fraud and If I do not pay them 635.00 right now I will lose my job and will be in BIG BIG trouble including jail time! I reported it to the local police Dept, filed a report and when the police officer came to take the report, they called the number and the person they talked to said they have no person by that name (My name) at one time they gave me a file number and the officer taking my report gave them this file number which they had no record of this. Mr. Peterson ( they use a different name every time) and you can hear several of them in the back ground on the phones harrasing people! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY KIND OF BANK INFO IT IS A SCAM! if it was a true bill collector they would not yell at you and use foul laungage on the phone. When ever I have tried to speak to them they would tell me to shut up and listen to them! At one time they were using a different Co. name I googled the name and it was a scam, they milked this one lady out of 5000.00 dollars. If you can even understand them half the time, they are now saying they work for OCS legal dept and my SS # has been frozen by the US govt! give me a break! There are so many people out there using scams hacking into your info etc... What's scarry is they have my SS # and bank info which I have not banked there in over 4 years! These people need to be stopped I have at lease four different # they have called from.

Got a call from "Kevin Peterson". He said there was a medical emergency for one of my employees. I informed him that we do not transfer phone calls to the employees. He called a few times more, each time getting a little angrier and more obvious that it is a scam. If he keeps calling you, have fun with him, he's a real knucklehead.

What crap!!  I received my first call from these people over a year ago.  I did research on them, but first of all they really scared me!  They keep changing their phone numbers and where they call from.  I contacted the Attorney Generals office but that got me no where.  The last time they called me I told them that I just got out of the military and was stationed overseas so how could I have had a loan from them.  The next time they call me I am going to tell them that I just got out of jail!!!  What jerks!
