when my husband told them that he has told them several times to stop calling he became very obnoxious. Told my husband what he was doing with his wife and threatened him. He told him he knows where we live and said he was going to send over his "guy". My husband finally hung up on him and he called back repeatedly until we unplugged our phone. I am with the above poster. He physically threatened to harm us. Blatant harrassment! They need to be stopped and charged. For what good it I will once again report them to donotcall.gov.

ROT is don't answer the calls, pick it up and hang it asap! Report them also. Sooner or later they do get caught up with.

I got the same call from that same numbers you guys got.  I told her never to call me again, I was then called a stupid bi*** and she tried to tie my phone up with repeated calls, finally I pulled out a whistle and blew it right into the phone!

WHY WON'T ANYONE PUT AN END TO THIS?!?  Rude & threatening!  The girl kept hanging up and calling back threatening me and telling me that she was never going to stop calling.  She did stop after about the 6th time when I told her I was recording all of the calls she just made.

Call would not disconnect no matter how many times I tried to hang u.  When a person finally got on the line she said we will never stop calling and would not disconnect the line.   She then kept calling back to threaten me FROM THE ABOVE NUMBER.  I want this company punished!!  She stopped calling after I told her I recorded every call and she made after the initial call.

I followed the prompts after receiving a call from (616) 980-2063 in order to speak with a representative from "Card Member Services."  My friend's elderly family member had recently been screwed with by these people, and I wanted to get some payback.  

So I strung the guy along a little bit.  He asked about my current debt (apparently it needed to be $3,000+ per account for me to qualify for a 0% interest rate).  Then, I expressed sincere excitement at the prospect of lowering my rate.  When the person asked for my first and last name, I asked, "Can't I simply give you all my credit card numbers?"  

The guy joyfully responded,"Yeah, that's no problem AT ALL."  Then I hung up.

He called back IMMEDIATELY from (321) 365-9999, but I just wasn't in the mood to talk with such filth, so I did not even answer.

Just had a huge blow up with guy from this number, isn't there anything that can be done, looks like I'm not the only one that has had a problem with these people.

Do what I do:  blow an AIR HORN into his ear, and hang up!

You can report them at donotcall.gov, but these people seem to be useless also.  But you CAN blow an air horn in his ear, like I do.  It DOES seem to make them think twice...Anywho, don't be fooled; these a-holes are IDENTITY THIEVES!

Got a call from 321-365-999, some call center claiming to be Card Services & said could lower my interest rates. They were able to verify a balance but when I asked them for a number I could call them back on they hung up on me. I tried to call the number & it doesn't go though. Total scam job.

Got a call first from 616-613-2092, told them to quit calling, in no uncertain terms, wouldn't let them interrupt me, then hung up on them. IMMEDIATELY got a call back, but from 3213659999 this number, and it was the same person, male with an eastern Indian accent, and was being obnoxious to me and I cussed him out and told him I'd report him, and hung up. He called me back and said,"I can do this all day." He kept calling every 3 or 4 seconds and I'd hang up. HARRASSMENT! This is obviously against sever FCC regulations, not to mention other federal and local laws.

You are heading in the right direction as far as stopping their calls by wasting their time. You need to sound sincere about accepting their offer, sound a little bit slow and have your script all prepared and written down. Also don't let them know they've been had--- they will call you more often just to annoy you if they figure you are playing games with them. Anybody know how to file a complaint?

For more than several years, we have been receiving calls from "Cardmember Services" offering to lower the interest on credit card debt.

Desperate to stop the calls by making a formal complaint with Ariizona's Attorney General office, after one of the many calls I received that day, I spent a significant amount of time and effort spoofing the caller by telling him my AmEx card had thousands of dollars of receivables on it that I was unable to pay and asked for detailed and specific information.

He "hummed and hawed" over my story for several minutes and, before (he) abruptly hung up, said "...you b*****d, you have wasted my time".

Does anybody out there have any idea how we can gang up on theses predators by pleading with some government authority to shut them down?

This morning after an early call (we are retired and enjoy sleeping late), I shouted an obscenity and hung up.  He immediately called back.  When my wife answered, he said "...you'd better tell your husband to be very VERY careful using profanity at someone he doesn't know..."  (paraphrased)

Not the first time these ppl have called -- I've been getting calls from them for a couple of years now.  Today, the first call was from 616-613-2092.  I'm on the Do Not Call Registry and I've tried getting off their call list, but they keep calling from spoofed numbers.  I screamed an obsenity into the phone and hung up.  The moron called right back from 321-365-9999, to attempt to insult me back.  Just screamed another obscenity and hung up the phone.

The next time this dirtbag (or any other jerk) calls, don't hang up.  Simply put the phone down.  This keeps the connection open and makes his phone useless untill you hang up. The down side is your phone is tied up also.

You are lucky. When I confronted on the phone, He shouted obsenities then called me "a dirtbag n****r" and hung up.

Card Member Services appears to be making calls with this number spoofed as their Called ID. They also called me from 323-844-8054 and gave a callback number of 800-347-6599.

All are dead ends. Has anyone had luck identifying these jackholes? I've received more than 2 dozen calls from them and am itching to file a TCPA court case against them.

He threatened to call me at all hours of the night because I wasted their time.  
He said that it was impossible for anyone to find out who they were and that their number was untraceable.
He was very rude
