They use an automated phone saying they are with FPL and can get you $3700 rebate from the government and a free home energy audit. Using the option "5" to stop receiving calls does not work and even if you speak to a representative they still call back. The FL Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs says it is a scam, call them at 1-800-435-7352 to file a complaint.

Start logging the date and time of each call and contact the FL Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs says it is a scam, call them at 1-800-435-7352 to file a complaint. They are trying to build a case against them so then can arrest them and shut them down!

re: FPL energy saver. Always from a different name and several different numbers including from the 407 (Orlando) area code and will take a return call becasue their mailbox is full. Press "1" and you get a female trying to set up a survey or if you listen to the recoding you get to option 5 to be dropped from their list. Using option 5 will get the same stupid call but from a different name and number. They do not say where they are located or why I should buy their product to "harden" my home and save energy which is strange due to thge fact I live in a condo and putting a new roof over my head wil seriously intrude on my upstairs neighbors. Since the first of January 2011 I have received over 23 calls from these scammers. Yes I am on the National Do Not Call List .

They are also using 355-1728 and various other 355- numbers and will call in excess of 10 times a day.
