I filed a lawsuit with Lemberg & Associates against some illegal debt collection calls (early in the morning, late at night, on weekends) which were based on debts accrued by my father who had passed away.  In the end, they sued, I won $750, BUT the calls stopped.  I just sent an email to Lemberg to see if they can help with these jerks.  I don't know where they got my number but they won't quit.  I think they call in from various numbers after I lose it with them on a given number.  They call me four to seven times A DAY...one time they called four times during my lunch hour!  I'll keep this line posted to see if Lemberg will pursue it.  I've tried filing a complaint with the FTC (worthless! absolutely worthless!) based on the fact that my number has been on the Do-Not-Call National Registry since February 11, 2011...these callers don't care about the DNC Registry because they ignore it with impunity!

There's no point in reporting them to the FTC...that organization is worthless! They're just paper-pushers who collect this information to justify their jobs, and then never do anything about it.  They "claim" they don't have the authorization to prosecute these people, but that their mandate is to report them to local law enforcement officials who DO have the authorization...and then THEY'RE the ones who do nothing!  What was the point of the Do Not Call National Registry!  I've been listed since February 2011 and I get calls all the time...they just ignore it because they know they can do so with impunity!  I wish I knew where they get our numbers from!

Follow up: I just called them back. They are an educational loan company. I talked to a VERY NICE woman who promised to take me off the calling list. We wished each other a nice day; hope it happens for both of us :-)

Called twice this morning. From what I'm reading here, I can expect more. Could someone tell me how I go about reporting this number to the FTC? Thanks!

These people call up to 5 times a day & sometimes with a different number!! Between myself my husband & mother in law they should get the idea not to call but as soon as we hang up they call right back!!!!

I have also been receiving calls from this number and no messages have been left.  I see that other people are reporting that this is a dibt collection agency and or education connection agency.  There is no connection to either of these callers and myself.

This caller is a "education connection agency." They too have been calling me repeatedly for the past few months, I have filed a official complaint about this company with the FTC and recommend that you all do too. If they continue to call I will be filing a harassment lawsuit against the company as I have asked numerous times to be removed. Today they called THREE times.

Have been receiving calls from 321-541-6998 for the past few days, in the morning and afternoon.  No message on my v/m and I don't answer any unknown callers.  Have no idea who this might be.

This number keeps calling me everyday in the morning and this has been going on for about two weeks now.

i just received a call from this number 321.541.6998 scam never leave a message. it's crazy that our privacy is not protected and people can get your information to run scams like this. same people just calling from different numbers.
