Most likely a scam or telemarketer, the dummy called my cell 3-4 times a week & the same voice left  4 different names to call back  at same # and ext., about this importent "not" a sales call, really, he may believe the junk coming outta his mouth but I don't. Just add it to your blocked call list.

Caller said his name was Don Williams and I had given his company my work phone number on an "Application". So Not True, I never give my work number for anything other than business. Got rude, then hung up.

I thought I had put these people behind me, but got yet another call today. They started to call me earlier in the year. The first time they call I looked up the number and found the website for their company. They collect real estate debt. Lady was extremely rude. When she called back after I hung up on her, she was even ruder with me. So I gave it right back to her. That stopped the calls for a little bit. Then a man called me who in all fairness was more professional with me. Advised I should pay or else. I asked him besides paying(not going to happen) what he suggested I should do,   woulndt give me a answer. I don't play well with other when they call me demanding money. I'm sure there are plenty of other raods to take, however if you are just as rude and annoying as they are, they stop calling for a while. If you look up ACCB you should be able to.find the website.

Rec'd this call from someone named Travis wanting me to help him "make a decision." Never called back b/c looking on other sites, it is a telemarketer. He did not identify who he was with or his last name, called me by my last name only.

Lies about person they are seeking, very rude. Violates Federal Law after being told not to call back they change numbers and persons. They are in Brevard County Florida. Need to find location...

Debtors Have rights ..This collector "Tom Robins" which most likely is an alias name..he calls before 8 am and after 9 pm.  This is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Law reads that are not allowed to call before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM.

All you have to do is tell them "Stop calling me -- if you have anything to say to me then put it in writing, and if you call again I'm going to report you for violating the "Fair Debt Collection Practices Act." Make a note of the phone number, and if they don't stop calling then file a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (http://www.ftc.gov/) and your state Office of the Attorney General (http://www.naag.org/)

Very rude caller, made a comment about my n-word wife.. My wife is mixed but has an ethnic name, I am white, not that any of that should matter.  Refused to give me their mailing address only wanted my Cc#.

Decided to give them the whistle, next time they called had my street whistle ready and blew it into phone until they hung up.

This call came today so I searched it on the internet and found this website.  They got her name from the outgoing message and said his name was Don Williams (isn't he a country singer?? LOL) so we ignored it.

I don't answer spam phone calls. But it is a 321 area code, which is where I live, so I answered it. They asked for my aunt (who lives 1000+ miles away). Asked for MY card #.

These people called me a year ago trying to collect a debt which I thought I had paid. The kid on the line then proceeded to tell me I "sounded like a smart person, so I should know that its only right to pay back someone who offered me services and I needed to do it now"..I then told him how dare he lecture me on ethics and he laughed and then hung up.
Went a year without a call and now they are calling again but I wont answer. They have started calling me place of business even though I told them NOT to EVER contact me at work. They have since called back twice. I believe it was someone names Joe? ..He has now violated my rights under the FDCPA and I advise all of you who are being harrassed by these people to do the following:

Write a letter, return reciept, to this company stating that they are NEVER to contact you again by phone/mail..ect They are only LEGALLY allowed to contact you ONE more time to tell you how they will proceed with the debt collection, if at all. If they contact you again, you can sue.
My mother had a similiar problem and I got this legal advice. She sued 2 companies and won. I will be writing the same letter TODAY! ..

I got a call on my cell at 7:41 pm from this number with a message, "it's important to contact someone in our office".  I looked this number up and found this site so I know I am the next target.

The person who called me claimed to be collecting an outstanding bill from the apartment where I used to live. I had given the apartment my forwarding address before I left. I asked the man on the phone why they didn't send me a bill. At this point he became very rude and insistent that I give him my current address. I told him I would need to call my apartment complex first and he threatened me that if I did not give him my address, he would put the charge on my credit. I said that was fine and I would call my apartment complex. He then hung up on me. I haven't yet been able to get in touch with the people at the apartment to verify whether this is a true collection ageny or an attempt at identity theft.

Got a call from a Mary Ryan.  Don't know them she gave me a line and well when I questioned it she got cocky with me.  Then became forcful about when ...... would be home.  I just hung up on them as I didn't know who it was and no one speaks the way they did to me.  She then called back and left a message for an apolgy from me.  Yeah right I'll just go about that and give her that call back to say I'm sorry..Yeah right get a life women your the one who got nasty with me.  2 Different numbers came up 321-632-2005 and 321-632-2007

Called asking for my daughter.  Would not say who the were.  This is what showed on for the number A C C B.  Do not know this person or company, neither did my daughter.
