all people involved with this scheme were victims. we were preyed upon
and understand this completley. this was caused by dun and king. the second crime, for us not to stand up for ourselves, together... is another crime caused by us. even if you are not clear on exactly what your loss is or all the details of your experience with dun and king you owe it to yourself, other victims and your country. the state of fl. does not want these people to operate in thier state nor does any other state .
but they do need our information to investigate. just a one page letter could change your life and hopefully dun and king's also

To all of you who filed suit to get out of your contract,  Tracy King, one of the principals in Dun and King, is working for Watson Realty in Clermont, FL.  You can give this information to your attorney or the judge handling your case, and I am sure they can contact her.  Just google the name and you can get her number and email address.  

Please post the results so we can all delight in the end results.

Hi Shelby  -  I hope you got your contract vacated plus some monetary award to pay your legal fees.  Have the judge swear out a warrant for her, then when she shows up, take a picture for me.  

Neleha has been really quiet for the last several months, and that is too bad, I really missed our little chats on here.  I would tell the truth about her rotten company and her, and she would go off like a rocket on a tirade and threaten to sue me.  We really had quite a relationship.  She cost me about $8000.00 too, so it was almost like we were married!  

Anyway, I am glad to hear you moved forward to get out of your contract with this shyster outfit, they really should be put in prison.  

I am still hoping to hear from Marie - she acted like she had some really good information coming.

Hello Marie  -  this is not Neal you are responding to, it is Neleha, using another fictitious name to hide her seedy little business dealings.

Neleha  -  we have been calling you again and you still won't answer the phone.  So, you got what you asked for.  

Secondly, you said to "trust you", but there is no way we can do that at all!!!!  You are too much of a liar for that.  

Why don't you itemize each complaint situation listed on here and respond in your own special way so we can understand why you are not paying these people as your contract requires you to do so.

How much did you pay for those two degrees and what website did you buy them from??

Does anybody know what has become of Dun and King Investments?  So many people were dissatisfied with doing business with this company.  As were we.  We have located a physical business address in Orlando, Florida and filed suit months ago to vacate our contract with them.  They never paid their court ordered fees.

Please be careful when doing business with Dun and King Investments.  My husband and I have been in a legal situation that is ongoing.  We turned our property over to them to sell.  They had leasers in our home for three months(with a guarantee to sell by the end of two years).  Soon after, they abandoned their contract with us and did not even pay the last months payment ,even though the renters made payment to  them. They basically jilted both parties. We are now in a court suit over the breach.  They have not even bothered to return mail to the court or pay their court ordered dues.  By the way,  the renters paid a hefty down to get into the property.  I am not sure if it was even refundable

Marie   -   I am still waiting, I am trying to be patient.  What can you tell me??   Have the authorities finally moved in on Neleha Dun and Dun and King??  Please give me some information on what is going on.

Hi Marie  -  thank you for your message, it is VERY encouraging.  I think they deserve to be put out of business and they should be prosecuted for their actions.

By the way, have you noticed that Neleha Dun hasn't posted anything on here since you and a couple more people wrote about how she swindled them and would not pay them??   She usually gets on here and calls everyone liars and threatens to sue them as well.  I think she may be getting some heat from some of the regulatory agencies we have contacted.

Well, Ms. Dun has certainly had the chance to offer proof of her law degree, but hasn't, or I should say - can't.

She states in her "bio" that she graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a law degree, but I checked with the school and they have no law school/program.  Then she tried to correct her little error and say she got her law degree from Oklahoma City College/University.  I checked with the registrars office and they have no record of any law degree being awarded to Neleha Dun, or anyone named Joe Kline either, who allegedly knows her from their law school days.  You can google the school, get the number, and check for yourself. It is so VERY obvious that Joe and Bevin on this website are really Neleha Dun.  

As for the lawsuit threats, she has threatend someone named Justin McKee a lot, but since several different people got on this site in the last few months with the exact same kind of problems (Dun and King will not pay them as their contract says they will)and started telling the real TRUTH about Neleha Dun and Dun and King, they have kinda dried up.  Besides, I really do not think a "real" lawyer would be as dumb as Neleha is, and get on here and wail away like an idiot, and make a complete fool out of herslf.  Most law schools would not award a law degree to somemone that stupid.  

I really do not think a real lawyer would take her case right now, do you???

As to whether she has a law degree, I will leave it to you to decide, or to find out for yourself like I did.

With the different statutes in each state and different law enforcement agencies having the responsibility to protect the public in matters involving real estate fraud, it is hard for me to advise you on your question.  If you can get the renters out of your house, then you could inform Dun and King that it is over and just move on.  They would have to move legally against you then, and with the info on here, I don't think that even Neleha Dun is that stupid, though I do admit, she is really stupid!!  If the renters are still in your house, then you will probably have to evict them first if you can.  Your local prosecutor and police can certainly help you with the procedures to do that.  With Dun and King being in Florida, I have been advised to work with the Florida agencies and to try to get them to take action against Neleha Dun and her company.  I truly believe that once the state sees a pattern of illicit behavior, they might move on her for fraud.  

Be sure to file complaints/charges with all possible agencies - Fl. Real Estate Commission, Fl. Secretary of State, the Florida Consumer Protection Agency, your Federal Prosecutors office for your district/region, and anyone else you can think of.  The more heat we put  on her, the better off we all are.   I have an attorney looking into whether the FBI should be involved because this may be some violation of interstate commerce  -  we will see what they say.

HE IS CONTACTING AN ATTORNEY TO FORMULATE A PLAN TO HAVE DUN AND KING INVESTIGATED OR A GROUP ACTION LAW SUIT.  CLIFF, COULD YOU PLEASE TELL US HOW YOU GOT OUT OF YOUR CONTRACT, IF THERE IS ONE, BECAUSE THE CONTRACT WE HAVE WITH DUN AND KING IS NOT BEING FULFILLED. SO IS IT TRULY A CONTRACT?

This is an update on the progress, if that is what you want to call it , on the ripoffs at Dunn & King Investments. I got to speak to the person who is living in our home.They sent Neleha Dunn & Joanne Pearce 1400.00 that was suppose to go to us for the down payment, but we didn't see a penny of it.They also have been sending 1470.00 per month to make up the difference of the $2000.00 we were suppose to get. They also sent December payment to Dunn & Kings Joanne Pearce. We have not seen that payment either. I will continue to keep you updated on whatever progress we make with this situation.

Hey Clif, Thanks for your reply. I cannot see how these people get away with this stuff. I never received a phone call or an e-mail from "Neleha Dunn",but i did get a letter on December 22nd 2008 stating that she is going to allow John & I to start getting payments from the people that are in our home. Well isn't that nice.She is making it like she didn't break the contract from the start by not paying our down payment of $2000.00.She did put in the letter that we would make a certain amount of money etc. from the people that are living in our home but NEVER SENT US THE DECEMBER PAYMENT. I just donot get it and by the way we will take you up on your advice of getting in touch with BBB,State attorney's etc. I should say we have already.I will keep in touch and i hope you all will do the same. HAVE A HAPPY HOLIDAY ANYWAY!!!

I am very sorry to hear about you being swindled by Neleha Dun and Dun and King Investments.  I had hoped that anyone considering doing business with this outfit would see what was posted on here and would avoid going forward and being taken advantage of. I IMPLORE you to report them to the Better Business Bureau and any other agency that might be helpful. The Consumer Protection Agency, the Florida Secretary of State, the Florida Real Estate Commission, the Florida Attorney General, and any other agency you can think of.  If you don't, they will keep on with their little scam and keep taking advantage of good, hardworking people trying to sell their homes.  Also, PLEASE keep posting on here with your situation to let everyone know just how dishonest and unprofessional Neleha Dun and Dun and King really are.  

To Neleha  -  I  hope you get your just reward some day, I will be watching.

Did you not read the part about Neleha taking your calls at the beginnig until you sign the papers. Once you sign the papers she vanishes. You might get a phone call or two and maybe even an e-mail, maybe. Donot count on your first and second payment being on time. Forget about getting a 3rd payment at all. If the information you have read in these blogs,is not enough for you to make a decision on whether Dunn& King investments... are legitimate or not, then go right ahead and go with them and we will read about your experience with them screwing you on this blog.lots of luck, you are going to need it.Make sure you have money to pay your mortgage, because you will not get it in time to pay it from them. Thats if you get it.

To Clif, Gail and anybody else who has been screwed by this so called Neleha Dunn and Joanne Pearce at Dunn & King. Yes i am a victim of thier tempting offer. They kept in touch at the begining till all the papers were signed, we then received a check minus the down payment.They were supposed to send as stated in the contract a $2000.00 down payment,only to hear how the inspection cost more than they had anticipated, so they took it upon themselves to just send it little by liitle in our monthly payment. Needless to say we received our first two months checks and are still waitng for our December payment that was due the 10th of this month. we have made many phone calls and sent many e-mails to no avail. Neleha, if that is your real name, how can you sleep at night when you pull this bulls--- on everybody??? I bet you walk around looking over your shoulder all of the time. Or maybe not.You probably don't give a rats patooty.ANYONE EVEN THINKING OF GOING WITH THIS SO CALLED FIRM, DON'T!!!!! I myself read this blog and said to Neleha through an e-mail that i can't believe people are saying this stuff about you. But that was because i was in the begining stages of this whole escapade. I can go on & on, and i will. Dunn & King have not heard the last of us.

Why don't you answer this persons questions?  Why aren't you paying this person like your contract requires you to do?  

Aren't you going to get on here and make a complete fool of yourself like you have done a couple of times before?   Why don't you try to explain this situation, which just "happens" to be exactly like what I described several months ago and just exactly like what Gail described as well.  

Are you going to have another verbal orgasm and rant and rave and threaten to sue poor old Justin again, or are you going to tell everyone the truth about why you haven't been paying these people?  

I am SO glad the real truth about your business dealings is coming out now.  I hope you get what you deserve  -  a jail term!!
