Caller I.D. showed phone number 321-939-2675, Pennington, Niel. Did not answer; caller hung up when answering machine came on. Am on do not call list, but that doesn't seem to matter with telemarketers; getting tired of these callers.

gettings calls also. tried to call back couldn't be completed.

Called @ 5:44 PM 6/22/2009 - 'Unknown Caller' - Just let it go to the answering machine...no message.

Called at 7:50 p.m. , hung up when answering machine picked up. I am on DO NOT CALL list. How annoying. When I tried to call back and tell then to take my number off their list, a message said call couldn't be completed. I hope they get caught.

Got a call from this number as well with neil Pennington as the name, when i called back the number it was 'unavailable'.....feel bad for the owner of the number.  What a pain in the A@#....Telemarkerters trying to find a way around getting fined I am too on the dnc list...like it helps....

June 11th, at 6:13 p.m., while we were eating dinner a call came in from this number:  321-939-2675 registered to Neil Pennington.  We let the machine pick up and the person hung up.  I have also heard from others this person(s)/company tries to sell vacations etc...I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST also, and have filed a COMPLAINT with them at this website:  www.donotcall.gov...there is a link to the left of the page.  I suggest that everyone else do the same!!!  They have called many times!

I am sorry to hear that this person has spoofed your number == I was going to call it back but decided to look it up first ... this is probably another low life debt collector harassing the public.  

You may even have a case if you can find this dirtbag because he is using your number.  I suspect that you will be receiving more and more calls from people like me who see this person's name on the caller ID spoofing calls.  (Note the spelling of the alleged first name.)

Just received a call from 321-939-2675, hoping this helps the person who's contacted the authorities.

I am on "do not call list" and received a recorded message from 321-939-2675 wanting to know if I was in debt and if I wanted to get out of debt.  I consider this call to be unwanted solicitation that should be covered under the "do not call"

Hello. This is my home phone number, which seems to have been spoofed by a telemarketer. I have now filed a complaint with my phone company, FCC and State Attorney General hoping to get this stopped. I am not making these outbound calls. However, when people return the call on their Caller ID, it calls my house. Thank you for posting this information -- it helps me to understand just why I am getting these hundreds of calls from strangers and fueled my research.

Please know that your unsolicited phone call originated from a telemarketer and not from this phone number you've listed.
