Looks like it's a law firm trying to get customers that have been injured at the workplace. I have attorney friends that are personal injury lawyers so that doesn't bother me but it bothers me when they do outbound cold calling to get more customers!

No idea but the lady on the other end of the phone was speaking spanish and hung up on me when they realized I didn't speak spanish....
