Just got a call from a Private Number 'Gina' at Taylor, Ritchie & Associates. Whats up with them being so rude!? "I NEED TO TALK TO THE OWNER OR CONTROLLER, I'LL HOLD"  I asked what it was about "AN INVESTIGATION". I put her on hold and voila - she's gone. Good riddance.

Just got a call from this number. I could tell immediately it was a bogus call because I could hear several other conversations going in the background. I hung up and called the number back.....1-323-338-7660 is a disconnected number. Never say the word "yes" during conversations with these bogus callers.

Yep they just called my husband at our very small business and wanted to speak to the controller or owner about past due receivables. Sucky investigation since we are a very small cash business who has no employees or accounts with anyone lol... Yeah, no worries, just block them. We are getting tons of these scamming phone calls lately. Very annoying!

Same as above. Alexander Wallace asked for owner or controller regarding investigation on past due account. EXTREMELY rude, could not name any member of our company, threatened to poke on facebook, myspace and twitter the "owner" since he was not available because he was gonna find him. Would not leave a message, however yelled at me because I would not give any information.  Complete BS SCAM.

This company calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They refuse to provide a phone number or a physical address when asked as required by the TCPA. They claim to be a collection agency looking for people to collect on, but refuse to provide any basic information while demanding to know how many people owe you money and how much they owe... This is quite clearly a scam, especially since they refuse to provide basic contact information as any legitimate company gladly would. Do not provide this scammer with any information.

Call told receptionist rudely "I need to speak to the owner or controller i'll hold"  Transferred to controller and said are you the owner,controller said no, he said are you the bookkeeper (in a demeaning voice), i said "how can i help you?" and he hung up.  Very loud background noise.  

Same here, very impatient and rude. Background noise sounded like a phone room. He identified himself as Sheridan White. Hung up before I got back to him. Most people who ask for the owner are never going to reach the owner I work for!

Same as other complaints. The person was rude, impatient, unwilling to talk to anyone other than the owner or controller. Identified as Jennifer Jordan for a "past due account" conducting a commercial investigation. Stated she was with Taylor, Richie and Associates. Abruptly hung up when told the owner was not available, stating they would call back later. Number not available.

Same MO as above.  This caller was a man who called himself Alexander Wallace, and he wouldn't leave a message either - he said he'd just call back tomorrow.  He called from a private number.

Same as all of you!  Demanded to speak to the owner, he said it was investigation.  I knew it was a scammer when he asked for the owner.  He got all mad because I wasn't biting.  He yelled at me and said, "Let me speak to your boss!!!!!"  I said no and then hung up.  It made my day that I made him mad!

YEP! SCAM!!!!! Actually I should saw SCUM!!! A lady calls and says " LET ME SPEAK TO THE OWNER OR CONTROLLER", When I told her they were not in she said she'd call back... she called back 1 minute later and said the SAME THING!!!!! WTF!!! Seriously! Go scam someone else MORON!!

Asked for the owner or controller regarding a legal investigation.  When I asked to take a message, she hung up.

Called for owner or controller about commercial investigation.  When told they were unavailable (I am owner) she demanded to speak to the owner.  Refused to leave a message with "a third party".  I stated "If you don't even know the owners name, I don't believe this call is legitimate.  She hung up.

Identified themselves as Taylor Ritchie & Associates and demanded to speak only to the owner or controller about an investigation they were conducting regarding a past due account. When put on hold to investigate this, they hung up. Obviously not a legitimate businees because a legitimate business would not act tlike this.

They are calling here as well. This sounds like a scam. The phone number is brand new and not connected to anyone that would be conducting an investigation. Seriously they are conducting an investigation and they have no idea who the owner actually is or what the book keepers name is? Sounds like they are fishing for account specific info. Don't give it to them and don't believe they are investigating anything.

she was calling from florida (i asked).  then why a CA telephone number?  line goes dead.

internet search results in no hits for the name she gave.  there is however, a p.i. in florida named Taylor & Associates w/ties to Port Richey, FL.  There is a new play on identity theft.
