05/11/2013 2:40 PM. Caller ID said "Unknown Name". The salesman identified the company as "Go Green California". When I said that I was on the Do Not Call list he claimed that he wanted trying to sell anything. I then hung up. I have received calls with the same pitch from the number "818-882-5847".

Very rude, When I informed him that I should be on a do not call list he said he said you should be on a lot of FN things and hung up. when I call back the mail box is full of course and can not tell him what I think. There should be a law if they can call you you can call them. That is simple!

It's a left wing enviro-energy group that doesn't understand the word no.

Actually got someone on the other end when they called me.  there was some back ground noise sounded like a busy call center and the caller was laughing a bit then said "Sorry wrong number".

Another one, no message left, at 9:48 am.

call came in at 1:30pm, wasn't home, answer machine picked up only silence.

calls to tell me about some solar program from dwp. i ask if the info is on the website, and he says no. i looked up the info while he was talking and told him i found it on the website, and he hung up in my face. i was very nice and polite, so i can only imagine there was some mal intent if he hungup just because i found the info.

Calls almost every day, I will need to block this number even though the woman that answered had a very sweet voice, it's spam.

And another one today at 3:14 pm

Love your response!  Some people will incorporate anything into their political views.  Is the VOIP device really expensive?

Another hangup call today at 1019 am.

Keeps calling our land line.  Tried to pick up this 8:30am call but could only hear beeps.  Called the number back just for fun.... got a message saying that "mailbox is full and cannot take anymore calls, try again later..."

Blocking the number now.

And another hangup call at 11:43 am today.  I had 6 hangup telemarketer calls today alone.  Time to get a call-blocking device or phone.

5/21 15:30 4th call in 5 days.  Again, no message, no ID.

5/21 15:30 Just got my 4th call from this number in a week's time.  I have never had a message or ID.

5/20 17:15 At least 3rd time reported this caller in the past week.  Haven't answered and certainly don't intend to.  A couple more times and it goes on my blocked list.

THINK MAYBE WE COULD USE THE MONEY SPENT FOR OBSERVING ALGAE AND MIGRATION OF EARTHWORMS FOR  A MORE ACCEPTABLE USE LIKE STOPPING TELEMARKETERS AND MISGUIDED AND UNINFORMED RESPONDERS?

Today I answered. "Beauty" answered back. Who names their kid beauty anyway? She pitched solar. I lied and told her I already had it. After a few more questions: "did I like it?"; I asked nicely saying I get several calls a week from this number. She stated: "I will put you in the computer as having solar already." Seriously am not holding my breath. In the background several voices can be heard. So, clearly this is a boiler room call center. I keep wondering do they actually get business doing this for their client? Maybe the very old, enfirmed and out of touch pubic buys into this sort of mass sales call marketing. I know with bigger worries like Afghanistan, Benghazi, republicans being morons, partisan idiots and issues like gun reform, marriage equality, heathcare reform, the foolish sequester, etc, there is much to fix this country. I dearly hope robo calling, spam calling spoofing and the like gets some attention.

Hangup call from "out of area" today at 1253 pm today.  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize so they'll never reach me.

I ANSWERED THIS ONE; LOTS OF JR-HI-SCHOOL CAFETERIA-style NOISE IN THE BACKGROUND. a male adult voice asked for me by (MISPRONOUNCED) name. I asked who was calling. More many-voices, no answer. I asked louder, who's calling? Over the many-voices background,: "Your mother".

I called the number: voice-mail box is full; sorry.

Telemarketer claiming to represent Edison and that they are selling solar energy, from the above it could be Go Green, told them I lived in a condo, that was the end of that. Sometimes its best to answer to just get them off your case and I live very close to a 323 area code. I could have easily blocked the number but why bother, they would just use another number. I have about 200 numbers blocked and room for a hundred more.

These scumbags had the gall to call me at 7:15 AM this morning! They are now on the blocker. In response to some earlier messages on this thread - the telemarketing issue is not another political issue for pointing blame to a particular party. How can people be so brain dead to think everything that is wrong is the fault of some politician on either "side". It is time for Americans to start thinking on their own again and not let political agendas make decisions for us. If you think that every problem is the fault of a particular political party, you are watching way too much Fox News or MSNBC and obviously can no longer think for yourself! This is almost exactly what happened back in the days of Nazi Germany when the Military/Industrial Complex government was able to attain the influence over what then was a very naïve population. Problems are for solving by the entire population, not a vehicle for whining and pointing blame!

1200 number blocking capacity..up to 10 area codes can be blocked...also you can block criminals with no phone numbers on their caller ID.
blockers with 50 or 60 number capacity..you will run out of numbers in a couple of months.
FCC is in bed with these criminals:
1-do not answer the calls that you do not recognize.
2-search on awesome websites such as this one,for the phone number and once you see the numbers here,
3-stop wasting your time with useless reports and complaints and by a good blocker.

Caller ID says: Los Angeles, CA.  Left no msg on machine; just dead air.
