have they done anything to u? u said they been doing it for years? you think they would give up

I received a call today from 323-426-6360 saying most of the same things as listed above.  When you ask them questions they state that they do not have any detailed information.  These people have been calling me and harassing me for years.  I contact my state attorney general's office every single time.  You would think that there would be a way to stop these people from harassing us Americans.  Why cant they go get a job like the rest of us.  Frustrating!!!

BTW I did call them back after the guy hung up on me and I got the following information:

I received a call from a "Jason Conner" from Hale and Goldman Associates at my employment...they left a message with my secretary to call 323-473-4849. When I did I spoke with a man using broken English that stated "Jason" would return my call at the number I was calling from immediately back and hung up the phone. A few minutes later I received a call back from another gentleman using broken English saying I had a lawsuit against me but they could not what the lawsuit involved. When I told them I suspected that it was just a fraud he began yelling at me telling me I was rude and disrespectful in which I hung up the phone and let the call afterward go to voicemail.

They have called me again today from a blocked #.  When I told them they already scammed me and that I called the FBI, she told me to be prepared to be arrested.

Its a big fat SCAM i called the federal generals office and they said its a scam. that its been goin on for awhile. I also got my lawyer to call up there and they tripped out and blocked her number. I hate people like this and around the holidays .

I also received the same calls, only the number was 323-473-4849.  I have a pay day loan that I thought was paid off because they quit taking the deductions.  The caller said they were from the Hale and Coleman (or Goldman -  couldn't understand them).  They called me at work and accused me of fraud, theft by deception and that they had issued a warrant for my arrest.  I was scared shitless because they said that within 1/2 an hour they would release the sheriff from my county (and they named the county) to arrest me if I didn't pay.  They knew everything about me - phone #s, address, where I work (and I was JUST transferred to the new location 6 weeks ago), my MOM's phone number.  I followed their instructions and paid them.  They said all I paid was the interest on the loan, that I didn't read the fine print.  Honestly, I couldn't argue with them. They said if I didn't pay it I'd have to post $8000 bail tomorrow.  Something inside me was telling me scam - but I was scared to death - so I paid the $759.23 they told me I owed.  I'm really kinda hoping it WAS a scam and nobody comes to haul my butt off to jail tomorrow - but I don't have any pay day loans that aren't paid in full.

I was just wondering what the police and other agencies said about the mater we have received about 5 calls in the last two days. He said it was for a large sum payday loan and my husband was going to jail.

I received several calls from this number 323-426-6360 and I was asked if I had an attorney and that I was being sued and I asked for what purpose? He said you don't know what this was about and I told him no. what is the company that is pursuing this and he would not tell me wanted to transfer me to someone else. I hung up the phone and he called right back and said that I would be arrested and hung up.

these people are calling me and the are also using different numbers. this is getting ridiculous. they claim to be from hale & coleman law associates. i've contact the local police, the fbi, the attorney general's office and the california sheriff's office.

I got call from this so called Hale and Coleman associates. I attempted to look them up and found nothing. They said i worked for a place called paw for pups whicch is not even a place. but they said i was goin to jail Thursday and i will be there for a week. and i have to pay them 9000 for a loan which i never applyed for one. they also said i banked w a bank i didn't bank w. they said tell it to the judge. So where can i report them. they got me really upset and when i saw all these ppl posting about it i knew it had to be a scam.

Another call that I received stated that I was being sued for fraud and did tell me it was for a payday loan back in 2010 and I told him that it  prohibited in my state. Authorities would be at my job to serve me with papers and would come to my home and serve me with papers. States that I would be in jail for a week and be in jail for three months and would lose my job.
Who are these people and who can we repot them to? Telling me you are coming to my job to be arrested and I will go to jail. HOw the hell do they even have my ss# address and work info.

I have received a call from this number also. Stated what I understood his name to be Jack Taylor. It was very urgent for me to have my regional attorney contact them and it was an important matter. If the attorney did not contact him then every thing would fall on me. Before payday loans were prohibited in my state I did borrow and it was paid back, but that was back in the early 90"s.

Another call that I received stated that I was being sued for fraud and did tell me it was for a payday loan back in 2010 and I told him that it  prohibited in my state. Whoever is calling from this number sounds like a criminal scammer.  They are violating the FDCPA and trying to extort money out of people who don't know their rights.  If anyone does speak to these scammers again, DEMAND they give you their mailing address so that you can certified-mail them a debt validation letter.   I am pretty sure they won't comply.  Bottom line - no debt validation means you do not pay them anything.

A peson from this number is calling me at my job, demanding payment for a legal matter.  They will not give me any information about who or what the money is fory.  

I also received a call from 323-426-6360 from Ryan Miller.  Very broken English on the call. Difficult to understand.  They did not leave a firm name or any details but were threatening with the urgency to call them back.  I recently applied for a pay day loan online and have been getting these call ever since.  I also received the same type of call from 918-532-6898 last week from a Troy Martin.  When I returned that call, it sounded like a Phishing scheme.

I received a call from 323-426-6360, which supposable is a legal firm.  The man stated that I was in default and was going to be served with papers tommorrow at my place of work.  I told him, I had no knowledge regarding an outstanding debt.  He could not tell me the name of the debtor only stating it was a payday loan and why did I not repay it. I told him again that I did not know what he was talking about, and hung up on him.

They said they were calling for my son but left a very disturbing message.  Sounded like a computer; it said it's name was Ryan Miller.  It left no company name but said that they wanted to talk to my son or his lawyer and that they wanted a return call NOW.  It also stated that if my son didn't call back, they would just wish him good luck.

Got a call from this number today. I didn't answer, but they left a message. Someone who spoke broken english kept saying I needed to call him immediately, left his name and number and told me that I should not wait or I would be sorry. Very rude and disrespectful message. I'm pretty sure it's fraud, because I've never done anything that would get me in trouble. Not sure what this is, but sounds like the person is up to no good.

Got a call from this number.  He wouldn't give me his name.  He said I was going to be arrested because of fraud.  I kept asking questions to find out what he was talking about and he kept telling me I was going to be arrested.  He knew my ss#, work and home address and both phone numbers.  I told him I thought it was a scam and that I was going to report him.  He got mad and shouted that I would still be arrested and hung up.  I just called the number back.  They answer as "Attorney's Office".  I asked what the attorney's name was.  He finally told me it was Hale and Goldman and asked me to hold.  I hung up.
