I have heard of that..Ill send him to Dave Ramsey..he has a name for these kind of vultures.

I received a call from this number. The caller did not identify himself but sounded like a debt collector. If they cannolt tell me the nature of the call then they will have to talk to themselves. He can call my bankruptcy atty..

When I answered he said " I gotta go" and hung up

this guy said he made a wrong call but i think that he is a scammer of some sort.

These idiots keep calling our business (though usually after hours because they apparently are clueless about time zones.)  Out of their repeated calls, I don't think there's ever been anyone on the other end.  I know I emailed the company and told them to stop calling -- for all the good THAT did.  If I remember the research I did previously, the owner of the company has an unlisted phone #... probably because he doesn't want to be harrassed by annoying anal sphincters like those in his own company.

"Steve from CTI" got irritated when I asked what CTI was.  He said it was a technology company and hung up.

These rats call relentlessly even though I owe nothing. You cant tell them anything because they always hang up when you answer the phone. They should be put out of business for this harrasment.

the number is assigned to CTI ..a collection agency ....their business is legit and is is not a prank call or a scam call...they are trying to collect on old debts to banks, vendors and other debts that may have reached write-off status ..

We have had several call from the same man.  He asks for my husband by his first name only. When I say he is not home he says he will call back.  I have told him not to call back unless he states the nature of his call.  He has also states that he does business with my husband.  My husband has never heard of him.  I picked up the phone tonight when he called and asked to speak with my husband by his first name only.  I asked him if he did business with my husband and to identify himself.  Just as he was asking me who I was to identify myself, my husband picked up the other phone and told him to never call back.  I was very glad my husband was home when he called.  I have no idea what he wants or the purpose of the call.  It is creepy that he knows my husband's nickname and has our unpublished landline number. Our number has been on The National Do not Call Registry for several years.

I have received several calls from this number.  Caller ID show KKBT Radio.  I Googled the radio station and it is "supposedly" a service where you can search for ads you've heard on the radio but can not remember the name of the product, or something like that.   When you click on their website, it is Chinese...literally in Chinese.

They leave no message but call back frequently.  If I answer they hang up.

I had a hang up on my answering machine and was expecting an important call so I used *69 to find out the last number that called.  It gave the number as 323 545 9042.   So when I popped it in google up came this thread.  Was as curious as the rest of you as to who this is.

These people have been calling incessantly, and since I have a stalking situation going on anyway, I freak out every time this number comes up on my cell phone. Does anybody else feel these calls are harrassing or malicious, or being done by somebody they know, or am I completely paranoid? If paranoid that is the better of the two ;)

Called the business line asked for owner by name.  When asked to leave message just hangs up.

asks for (owner by name)when told they are not in and I ask who is calling they say"jay reilly with CTI"

We get 1-2 calls a day, they are all hang ups. They call at all hours, although only on a business line, and has started to disrupt business sales line with their calls.

I get calls from several numbers that show up as CTI.  Other numbers are 323-545-9517, 949-752-2368 and 949-752-2832.  Often times they hang up first.  I just reported all of this to the Do Not Call registry.

Called the business telephone line @ 11:07am CST on 09-24-09 and asked for the business owner by name.  I informed them the owner wasn't in at the time and ask if there was a message or a name and the guy said, "Uh no...I'll call back".   This company calls roughly 1-2 times a day.

Took awhile to say anything, then calls me a F*CK  What's up??

Asked for owner by name several times did not want to leave name.
