Was the place you got your loan from called Fash Cash USA or Easy Money?

this dude called me twice yesterday, once when i was at the doctor having my toes taped as they did not heal right after fracture. then called me when i got home, the first person that i talked with stated at first he was with loan companies then when pressed for more info and specific info he stated he was with easy money. he stated his name was dared or jared cooper, but the heavy middle eastern or indian accent made him very hard to understand what the name really was. i told him i was not interested and not to call again, well about a half hour later they called again this time a james sounding if it were the same person just a different name, i told him the same thing cancel and send back all personal information. to which he responded "you have to cancel through the police department as that is who we deal with".  quit trying to scam me, there are some things that you do not know:
1.  the state of Pa where i live it is illegal to give a payday loan without registering and licensing with the pa state banking commission
2.  what kind of idiot do you think i am, legitimate loan companies will send your personal information back without hesitation when asked and you do not pick it up at a courthouse, police department or lawyers office
3. called legitimate company they do not offer loans in Pa, i never have had a loan with them and they are trying to catch these guys their legal department has had numberous calls on them. plus i posted here and on complaint board.com. the legitamate co phone number is 8885626263

easy money  he further stated when asked to cancel and that I wanted my personal information sent back to me he told me "I would have to go to the courthouse to pick it up. first of all I did not take a loan out with anyone in the last two years, second of all where I live in pa it is illegal to have a payday loan unless they are registered with the pa banking commission and pay fees. third of all, what sort of horse nonsense is getting my personal information back from the courthouse???? I may have been born in the morning but it wasn't this morning.

Person kept calling me when I advised them I wasn't interested, person on other end "told me suck his d$&#" Pretty sure this is not a real company.

I was trying to call your number because that James guy tried to fraud me then left me a disturbing message on my voicemail that i have saved on m y phone, and when i called to report the message to a manger he began to cuss me out and i hung up on him and he called me back again.

This "James" guy called me about a loan and said that i needed to get cash to send to him for me to get a loan then when i told him that i didnt have any money he became irate and called me back and left a message on my voicemail telling me to buy a bike and to forget a loan. Then i tried to call back and talk to a manager to report the problem and "James" began to cuss me out. Now I think that he was mad that i didnt have any money for him to scam from me.

Phone calls from 323-786-0272 are being investigated pursuant to a pending wire fraud case.

Caller will give the name "JAMES PARKER" if asked.
Caller will attempt to make repeated callbacks and can become increasingly abusive.

Please record all phone calls with this party for potential use as evidence for the prosecution.
DO NOT PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION TO THIS CALLING PARTY.

Please contact the LA District Attorney's Consumer Protection Division to report each call

By the way, you talk to a male with a thick Indian type accent. He goes by "James" he will ask you to load a green dot card to prove to the "company" you have some money. Then he tells you that after they verify your green dot money card, they don't take the money. Well they do, then when you call James back, he tells you that the requested loan amount plus your 280 that taken from your green dot card will be deposited into your checking account within 30 to 45 mins. Well that doesn't happen so you call him back and he will proceed to tell you there is a 179.00 processing fee an your funds are hung in transit. You tell him to refund the 280.00 and cancel, you'll never see your money again. He calls you because you have done payday or Internet loans in the past and he steals your information to make him sound legitimate. Hope this helps!

These people tried to say I had applied for a loan & been approved. I told him that was a lie & it was a scam. He kept trying to get me to take the loan. I am not stupid. His English was not very good.

I'll tell you something, These people called my place of employment. What was really funny is not just me, but two others in our Accounts Payable department had to hear the same thing.

These guys called stating that they were from New York, and were calling from a Los Angeles County Area Code. LOL

The only loan I would ever take is through a Automobile Dealership, my bank, or a Morgage company (and not HSBC).
