Yea, I got this same number. Same threatening message about court papers being reject and to avoid further legal complications, call back to the number you've listed. Same bologna.

It appears their number has changed, I also got a call for my wife on MY cell phone 323-813-1072, same names though... Amanda Jones and Scott Evans.

Got a msg today from brother that this same guy called looking for me. 323-813-1072....

Yeah I recieved the same call. LOL the guy i was suppose to talk too was a Richard Lewis....and they gave me a case number too....I turned the message over to the FTC...

This number called stating a relative had a court summons but they couldn't get in touch with him - which is a total lie!

We got a couple of calls from a group in California claiming to be a Legal document processing service but we did not get a chance to speak with them. They then started calling relatives of ours in a search for someone who is not even related to us. One son in DC that they called is an attorney (they did not know that) and he advised us that it was some sort of scam and he is alerting our friends who are pretty high up in Los Angeles administration (DA) and his investigative staff. Hopefully they will shut these guys down for harrassment (unfounded and otherwise). I hope that they call back because we will direct them straight to the people that will shut them down. It appears that they are also using another California number--657-549-1790 but refer people to someone using the name Scott Evans at the 323-786-2720 number.

I got the same message. A woman from "Professional Document Services, PDS" gave me 323-786-2720 to call for "Scott Evans" referencing a case number and claiming I had two hours to call him. Claiming that I would have a failure to appear in court if I didn't resolve the issue.

Couldn't find the number or a "Scott Evans" anywhere. Called the LA professional document services I could find and none had any idea what I was talking about.

Got a call from a document service place, telling me I had to call a Scott Evans @ 323.786.2720, made the mistake of verifying the last for digits of my SS# that she had. I asked her if this was a bill collector and she said she did not know but to call that number and they would tell me who was apparently suing me. So I looked it up on the internet and it lead me to here and a few other websites reporting this to supposedly be a place called "McNaulty and Assoc." and a SCAM!  They called me at work.  I hope verifying the last four digits os my SS# was not a BIG mistake

they called me, too and my husband. Pretty scary, because they had our cell no. and they had some info on credit cards but wrong address and birth dates. I still think they are a collection agency of some sort trying to find the actual people so they just call people with same names.

Yeah, they called my house too. They had the last name right but gave a first name that didn't make sense. Same message. I was suspicious so I found this website confirming they are frauds.

Claimed to be process servers. They called about my niece, saying if she did not call back and talk to Scott Evans a failure to appear warrrant would be issued. They even gave me a case number! Called the niece and she said her Grandpa and other Uncle (from the married side) had the same phone call about two months ago. I called the process serving "McNaulty and Assoc." and talked to "Amanda Jones", when I said that I reperesented my niece she asked for an authorization document, I asked for the fax number and she gave 855.306.3123. So I waited a few minutes and called back. After I said that I could not find a "McNaulty and Assoc." anywhere much less in CA - she hung up....
