At 5:48 this morning a text came offering a loan I do not want nor need. My phone is on a Do Not Call registry but it appears some call regardless. How can they be stopped?

I got a text on my cell phone at 4:28 AM from this number saying that "USA lendersup to $1000.00 w/in 24 hrs. " No idea how I got on this list but I get these text from a variety of a- holes. Actually I have a CS over 800 and zero money issues/needs. I've been on the do not call list for cell phones but it doen't seem to matter...plus I NEVER give my # out...
