714-364-4400 AASTSCA calls constantly. does not leave message, when answered, hangs up

714-364-4400 AASTSCA is the most annoying, calls at all hours, googled this number & it shows the name as being AASTSCA, will not respond when answered,I'm on DNC list

This number keeps calling me a no answer, I am wondering who can be, since I am in the dnc list.

I got the same call...  No answer when I said hello.

Believe it or not I just got a second call from 999-2701, two hours after the first.  I picked up and waited for someone to respond.  I spoke with someone who said his name was Sal.  he said it was a call center but would not give the name or a phone number or address for the business.  He said he was making calls on behalf of Ed Reyes, a politician in Los angeles, and he gave me a contact for the politician (323) 340-8598.  I can't verify that the number is from "targeted Communication" but Sal confimed that it is a call center and they are blocking their actual number.

I got tagged with this number, too!  No one said anything.  ANNOYING

Got a call from 323-999-2701.  I dialed *69 and got the number.  When I called, the number was disconnected.  We are on the DNC list.

I got a call from this number 323-999-2701 yesterday Sunday, i called back the number, it says it's no longer in service and disconnected---very annoying

Called 5/12/08 - did not answer when I picked.  I am on the dnc list.

I have received 3 calls on my message machine - the first part sounds like a recording because it has the same intake of breath before he talks -it's a mans voice, very low (seems faked) who says "Hello, I'm Sean Deasal from the north american geo [or theo] zoological center" then it switches and sounds like i'm listening to some people on a CB or ham radio - very hard to understane.  Each time the second part is different - last time it sounded like they were talking about rocks, the time before it sounded like two people having sex.  Very odd and it uses up my message machine space!

just got a call from 999-2701.  they left no message.  I googled "targeted communications" based on what others had posted.  I found a website called www.targetedcommunications.org.  they list a contact number as (888) 985-0999

got a call from this number twice this month.  when i called back i got a busy signal.

am on list of DNC - comes up as Targeted Comm - don't answer and they don't leave a message

got a call this morning they left a voicemail it was from congress woman hilda solis

Got two calls tonight from this number, both times let it go to voice mail and no message.  Also on the DNC list.

Started calling on Monday, May 12, 2008.  Caller ID says "Targeted Comm".  They did not answer when I picked up.  I am on the DNC also.  Annoying at the least.

Received a call on our caller ID from this number listed as "TARGETED COMM."  Did not answer the phone.  Second call received in 2 months.  We are on the DNC list.  Any ideas who this is?
