I've started receiving calls from this number.  When I do answer, it immediately goes to a busy signal.  Is there a way for me to block them?

The guy-with the indian accent- called this morning  asked me -By My Name--Said he was with the US treasury dept.
I said Concerning What?  he hung up

This number has never called before today, but called 8 times in the past few hours. After looking up the number and reading about the experiences, I decided to answer.  It was a guy with an Indian-sounding accent (despite evidence that these calls may be from Africa) who said his name was "Mike" (sure...).  He wasn't rude, but would not give me much info. He asked if I was still in the market for a car loan.  I told him that I have never bought a car and was never in the market for a car loan.  I asked how he got my number, to which he replied "from an application you filled out online". I told him that I had not done such a thing, which is why I was curious how they got my number.  I asked him if he could please take my number off of their list because I have been receiving a lot of calls and he said sure, but I guess I'll find out if he did in the next few hours...

I read something that said the call comes from Ghana where a lot of spam calls have been coming from lately, they said that it shows up as 324-XXX-XXXX because our caller ID only reads the first 10 digits, it is actually +233 3 24 XXX XXXX or something.

I have received 3 calls from this number within an hour. Not leaving a message. Just continuosly calling.

Changing your number won't help.  You'll just get someone else's old number and their pests.  

If the calls are coming to your cell you can assign the number the ring tone "no ring".  It won't stop the calls but it will send them to voicemail without disturbing you.

They call at least 5 to 6 times a day.

Got a call from this #.  Somebody was looking for "Patrick" and wanted him to know they were ready for him at rehab.

I got a lot of calls from this number recently.  So today I answered it and got someone who was Indian that has a horrible time speaking english.  I told him 3 times I never applied for a car loan and all he could say is "well I'm calling b/c you're approved for a loan".  What a tool.  What sucks is all my cellphone company can do is change my number for a 35 dollar fee...

They called me over and over and over again for 5 minutes. I would answer and no one was there, then before I could hang up, I would have an incoming call from the same number again. I must have recieved 20 called in 5 minutes. When I tried to call back, I got a recording saying the number counld not be placed as dialed. Apparently Area Code 324 is not a vaild area code. How do the do that????? There should be a law against a false number on my caller ID. Just like the calls I get that show 4 or 5 number instead of 10 or the ones that show as a local number but are really some collections agency or telemarketer from India (You can't tell me that someone with THAT accent name is really Scott Jones). This makes it impossible to turn them in for harrassing phone calls.

They've called twice today, I haven't answered the phone yet, but when I attempt to call the number back a recording states that I have reached a non working number.

This number is calling constantly and not leaving messages.  I answered 1 time and they were rude and asking me about a car loan.  I already have a car loan through my bank.  Are these people really this stupid?

They call at 8 am 845 am and all day every 15 mins to 1 1/2 hrs. I tell them every time stop calling. They keep saying im approved for an auto loan. Funny thing is I have a loan through the bank for almost nothing and why would i need an auto loan since i bought a new car almost a mnth ago. I dont know if the dealer sent out this info but im going to flip on the next guy who calls.

been calling me since yesterday. hang up if i pick up. when i call back it says that the number cannot be completed as dialed. hmmm then how the hell do they call me!!!

They called me 7 times today from different numbers and then started blocking their number when calling.  I told them each time to please take me off of their call list.  These people are very disrespectful and if this continues to happen I will be pressing charges!

Who is this they started calling me on cell no clue I am just not answering any call dont recognize

They called my cell phone today and whoever spoke to me was quite disrespectful, to say the least.
