He ask for my neighbors phone number, and me like a fool gave it to him. He acted like he was the neighbors long lost friend.

The guy was asking for a someone by name.  I told him that I dont know who he was asking for and that he has the wrong number, I then asked what number he was trying to call and he gave me mine but, I told him I dont know who that person is.  He then said " you dont know her" I again said I dont know who you are talking about and that I have had this number for 3 years.  He then said " you dont have to get attitude with me"  I then hung up on him.
