As far as I can tell, Mosaic is a legitimate organization whose number the fraudsters used in their spoofed caller ID.

I got the same type of automated call as well. It was related to a sovereign bank debit card. I don't have an account with sovereign for a debit card. I tried calling the number back and I got another automated message for "Mosaic" I can barely make out the full company name in the automated message. I'm concerned that this might be identity theft/fraud related. I'm going to contact sovereign bank and explain what's going on....i'll keep you posted

Same call as above - about lost mastercard debit card from bank I don't have an account with. Now we have cell phone phishing!

I got a call on my work BlackBerry, ostensibly from this number (which is actually in use by a completely different organization). A robo-voice told me that my debit card had been frozen and that I could press 1 to talk to security to have it reactivated. I don't have a debit card and don't use my work BlackBerry number on any accounts.
