then you shouldnt have given it when you placed your order

chances are you placed an order sometime and there is an issue with it and they are trying to get hold of you

The number belongs to AMCH, a holding company for several other companies. Chances are you ordered something from one of the businesses under AMCH and they are calling you regarding your order. Sometimes it is simply an error with the credit card being declined which is likely because a number was transposed or wrong expiration date. Or maybe there was something wrong with the order or shipping address.

Or maybe, JUST MAYBE. They dialed the wrong number trying to get a customer and got you instead. Everyone knows about the do not call list. However, if a phone number was input in the system incorrectly or someone dialed the wrong number the DNC doesn't do much good. It doesn't mean something is a SCAM!!
Sometimes people could actually make a simple mistake in typing a phone number. Of course, i'm sure non of you have ever done that.

Just got a call from this number. I purchased from World Monetary Exchange too. In fact, I was on the phone with them when I got this other call from 330-244-8003.

I believe it is the number to the Heat Surge Company Customer Service.  We bought a heater from them, it broke after 3 nights. Returned it for a new one. Got the new one in the summer months. Winter came. When we turned on the replacement heater for use it broke in 3 days as well. Called Customer service ( Joke) and was told," sorry, You got the replacement heater one day out of warranty and werent suppose to so we arent helping you with the broken heater anymore.   So we paid over $300,00 for a wooden chest that is useless!! Pretty Positive thats their number.

I received a v.m. message today from "James" with the World Reserve Monetary Exchange saying this was important regarding my "account".  He didn't bother to say what account, and gave me the 800-625-7096 call back number and indicated that I needed to give out my phone number to access account.  A phone ##????  C'mon.  As soon as I heard it, I told my husband that it was a scam.  World Reserve may be about collecting coins, but I haven't bought any coins in YEARS (and that's not the half of it)- so I know there's no problem with my "account".  For your own protection - Don't call them back!

It is basically an automated call back service, someone enters a number and they call you back at a later time or you enter you number over the internet and they call you at a later time..

It is the World Reserve Monetary Exchange call back number..... someone must have input there phone number wrong and you got the call instead....

They called never left a message and tried to call back and its just busy.  I did order a medical device over the internet but I don't know if it is them or not.

Recieved call from 303-244-8003, no message left. Returned call, female said was law firm but said had 120 people calling out so didn'r know who called. Told them not to call again unless they leave message

great company called me back to notify me I paid them twice for product i purchased most people wouldnt evven bother.

I just received two calls from this number.  first time, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  Two minutes later, called again and I answered.  woman said she was conducting a survey then when I asked how she got my number she said because I entered it on the website asking for more information about Amish stoves.  I told her I did no such thing and that I am on the national call list.  she apologized that it must have been a mistake by the person entering the number who typed it incorrectly.  I suggested that she check the national no call list before calling anyone.  I've kept the number and plan on submitting it to our state attorney general's office.

Here it is the end  of 2010. They are still busy.....  I received today 8 phone calls within 53 minutes. The last time they called I was already on the phone so I returned the call when I finished. As it turns out the line was busy. Thank you for all the info you have provided on your post.

I received a call from this number and they hung up after I said Hello. The number is coming out of Canton, Ohio. I live in the same area code and it appears to be a cell phone number.

forgot to mention that our phone number is unlisted; we never get telemarketers so I don't know where they got the number.

I got 3 calls from this number within a few minutes; caller ID said AMCH. The recorded voice said something  like "this is the callback you requested when (silence) is on the line. Please push 1 if you want to speak with (silence) or a representative.
(Another sentence I can't remember about the callback.)

I used reverse look-up and it says this number is an unpublished number in Canton, Ohio.
It was a very annoying; I did not push any buttons but hung up each time.

Its amch, arthur middleton capital holdings. They own the WRME and a bunch of other companies. It's probably their call center trying to get ahold of you for some reason.

I got a call on my cell phone from this number. A lady named Renee left me a message about a job opportunity. She said she was with the Arthur Miller Holdings Company. I didn't find a website for this company so I typed the # into Google and found all of your postings. I'm not calling her back, sounds like a scam, or even more so a company I wouldn't work for.
