Beware of the list-your-business-in-the-yellow-pages scam where they get you to reply "yes" to verify your name, address, etc., then send you an invoice for listing services, threaten a lawsuit if you don't pay up, and can prove they have you on tape replying "yes" when asked if you agree to pay for the listing (they cut the tape up and spice in their questions to your yesses).
