Same thing happened to my mom today. Someone called her yesterday claiming to be a cousin from mexico coming to visit disneyland and visit us. He said he would call her the next day to let her know what city he was in since he would be driving. Today he called saying he had been in an accident becasue his brakes failed and he hit a family of 4 and one of the victims was a small girl that was sent to the hospital. He said his insurance wouldnt cover since it had expired 10 days ago so he had reached an agreement with the federales and the owner of the other veichle. He ask for 1000 dollars and requested us to transfer it using money gram or western union under this information:

This was the daughter of the other driver since he said he couldnt move from the scene since the federales would not allow it.

we were fortunate enough to figure out it was a scam and didnt send the money.

EVERYONE BEWARE OF THESE TYPES OF SCAM! CALL OTHER RELATIVES TO FIND OUT IF IT IS TRUE BEFORE SENDING ANY MONEY!!





Lo mismo le pasó a mi mamá hoy en día. Alguien la llamó ayer que dice ser un primo de México que vienen a visitar Disneyland y nos visiten. Dijo que la llamaría al día siguiente para hacerle saber lo que la ciudad estaba en desde que se conduce. Hoy en día él llamó diciendo que había estado en un accidente debido a sus frenos fallaron y se encontró con una familia de 4 y una de las víctimas era una niña pequeña que fue enviado al hospital. Dijo que su cobertura de seguro molestaría, ya que había expirado hace 10 días por lo que había llegado a un acuerdo con los federales y el dueño de la veichle otros. Se piden 1.000 dólares y nos pidió que la transferencia mediante Money Gram o Western Union en esta información:

Esta era la hija del otro conductor ya que dijo que no podía pasar de la escena ya que los federales no se lo permitió.

tuvimos la suerte de descubrir que era una estafa y no enviar el dinero.

CUIDADO CON CADA UNO DE ESTOS TIPOS DE ESTAFA! CONVOCATORIA otros parientes para averiguar si es verdad antes de enviar cualquier dinero!

wtf this happened to my cuzins the guy told them that he was going to their house the next day and that he was asking questions about our family memebers..dont answer their calls..!!!!!!!!

This person called me and claimed to be my nephew  from Mexico..    He would not give me his name but kept saying, Oh, Tia, don't you remember me?  When I said I had many nephews, he said, I am the most handsome, to which I answered, Diego.  He admitted to this and kept saying he was going to come visit me the following day.  Unfotunately, I gave him my cell number because he asked for it under the pretext that that way, I would not have to wait around for him. Eventually, I realized that this might be a scam,  He sounded nothing like my nephews from Mexico who speak with a sing-song because they are from the interior  and his speech was nothing like my family in Mexico. I had heard  of something similar.  He also asked what I would like for him to bring me from Mexico and I said I had no idea as I had not been in Mexico for a while.  He asked how long ago and I answered. many years.  When I said, give me the name of my daughter who visited your family not long ago, he replied, I am out of minutes, I'll call you later.
I called a friend whose brother had had a similar call and everyting sounded similar.  The next morning\
he started calling my cell phone and I did not answer.  He called about four times and finally stopped.  In conclusion, DON'T BELIEVE THIS SCAMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Do not answer the phone if calling from this number the caller told me he was my nephew and needed $1,800.00 dollars because he had been involved in an accident. It is a scam because my nephew is living in Houston and not Saltillo, Mexico.

Yup i got the same call and he said that he was in mexico and that he knew us

this happened to my parents.  Can we do anything about it?

This person called me saying it was my cousin and will be visiting me in the next few days. and he calle again next day stating he was involved in a car accident and he was asking me for help. then he past me a second person saying he was the one who was hit by my cousin truck. and he was asking for 3000.00 dlls to let my cousin go. they keep calling  just received a call again 20 minutes ago I guess I going to reported to the police department.

This is scary i received a call from this number some mexican guy claiming to be my cousin and kept asking if i rememberd him when i kept asking him who he was he called me a pendeja and hung up. I hate stupid people.

This person called my dad saying that he was his cousin trying to get information from our relatives in Mexico and here in the US, saying that he was on his way over here to get permits, please  ignore this call from this person or hang up immediately.

I got a phone call (in Spanish) from this number about one hour ago. The men who called said he was my nephew and was trying to get information from relatives in Mexico.  Once I put him on the spot he used foul language and hang up.  Now that I look it up I found out that this person is trying to scam somebody.  Do not answer calls from 331 394-3717.

I received a call from this number about 30min. ago. My name is Italian, and he knew my name, so he assumed I spoke spanish. I do not.He informed me he was calling from Mexico.  He then went on and said " I want to get to know you"  Creeped out, I informed him I was happily married woman and hung up the phone. I knew this was going to lead to something, so I looked up the number and found this forum. Thank you to all who have reported this scam artist!     331-394-3717 Do Not Pick Up.

yup do not pick up there calls they are just trying to scam people!!!

This is the second time a person is callin from this number, my doughter answered and she said  that she was my nefew

We got a call from this same number and we accusal believed this person and sent them $1000.00 to mexico wow i cant believe this! People don't believe this please there just wanting to get money from everyone the did to us unfortuanly :(  
But GOD bless them because there doing wrong!

this person called to all my relatives saying that he was a cousin and that he was gonna visit the next day. don't believe him he wants to scam you to see if you give him information about your relatives in mexico. Hang up immediately!!!!!!
