these people whoever they are, called my work place and want to call my human resource department.

I've been receiving threatening phone calls from a man with a heavy Asian or Indian decent accent. He leaves threatening voice mails for me. Stating that if I do not return the call he feels sorry for what will happen to me. He insinuates that I am in Danger! I don't know anyone from Alabama and especially do Not owe anyone money and don't have any pending law suits. I would ask that whom ever this person is needs to stop harassing me. I am reporting this to the FBI. It's just a little crazy that a person claiming to be from a law office would make such obnoxious calls with threatening messages. This is some type of SCAM! It Needs To Stop!

I have been receiving calls for the past month from these people stating he is shawn white an with Anderson law firm an i owe them 800 dollars an that they will bringin out a supena in the morning an then i looked them up on here an feel a little better but we played phone tag with them for a while off about 6 phones after u call an question them on same number more than three times yes they will block u they blocked all are numbers an so now my father called ab they told him an my fiance there phone numbers were in law suites didnt even ask any names but yes how did they get my social security number that is what scares me because i just went to buy a car an found out som1 has a 17000 car loan out in my name an its not me i want to know how they got all my info does anyone no yet they wont give me any info my father ended up being a a***ole an hing ip on to them please give me any feed back

THEY CALLED ME AND MY HUSBAND TRYING TO SAY WE OWED MONEY ON A DEBT I CALLED THEM OUT ON IT. HE USED FOUL LANGUAGE AND HUNG UP. SO ME AND MY HUSBAND PLAYED THE TAG PHONE GAME. WE KEPT CALLING OVER AND OVER AND HUNG UP. THEN SAID HOW DOES IT FEEL. FINALLY THE SCAMMER BLOCKED BOTH OUR NUMBERS. WE WIN. ALL IS FAIR IN LOVE AND WAR....

they same people keeps calling me and when I said I was recording the call the hung up , so I kept calling them like they called me . NOW they wont pick up

I am getting these same calls myself, and would like to know where this jerk is getting his info.  I currently deal with Citi, Master Card and Amex.  I would suspect that he got his info from Citi, as I just re-fied with them.  Let's see if any of you have similar profiles so that we can track where he's getting his info.

Its so funny to mess with these people, we have wasted I am sure more than 10 hours of their time in the last two days just pretending to go along with what they told us to do which was pretty much outlined above...we also used some terms from Team America with them that set them off pretty well...Durka Durka...be sure to throw that out there when you talk to them

they calling my house over and over again...wtf. this time its a woman and she keeps asking y do I keep hanging up. o god they stopped. I picked up and told them that they are scammers. just let it stop! ...for good.

This person keeps harrassing my coworker with assults if she does't pay them money. Something needs to be done about this.

Got call from a so-called Anderson Law Firm four times at work.  Hung up on most of calls.  Once, caller said that he was representing American Cash and that I would be arrested in 24 hours.  Last time called, told him that I knew that it was a scam.

You need to go the police department and file a police report. Then contact the FTC. He states he only has the last four of your social, he really has the whole thing. If you've ever put ANY of your information on line it can be sold to companies that purchase it. Fake companies buy this information and scam you. I'm dealing with this right now and have contacted the FBI, FDIC, and FTC and filed a police report with my local police department. Easiest thing for someone at your work to do, is tell them you no longer works there...he will quit calling.

Please BE ADVISED that I received all of the same things that happened to everyone previous from this man.  I unfortunately fell for it, and paid him. It was then that I found out he had all my information, and later that night I had a friend come over saying my voicemail had been changed to an Indian guy singing.  I then received a call the next day from an emergency number posing to be from my hometown police department saying the company previous had filed a suit on me for fraudulant practices and I would be arrested if I didn't pay the correct loan place, and gave me another number.  Right after I hung up the phone, the number being talked about called me again.  I went to both police departments, FTC, and FDIC.  I went to US Cellular and changed my number, and within an hour he hacked back into my phone and changed my voicemail again and blocked me from being able to call US Cellular and changed my plan. HIS NAME IS JUSTIN MURPHY.  DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE FROM THIS NUMBER.OR A NUMBER THAT COMES OVER EMERGENCY NUMBER....HE IS GETTING MORE ADVANCED AT HIS FRAUD AND SCAMMING.

harrasing phone call that threatened i would be taken to jail if i did not wire money to them ASAP.  I have reported him and other numbers to the Attorney Generals office and will see what happens. i am very concerned about my identity at this point so be careful

wow this jerk keeps calling me to with all the same threats today he called me at work WTF where do they get there info my home # ? My work ? has my last 4 ss my address but nothing else is right thinking of calling the police and saying I am being threatened what kind of jerk does this ????

Some guy with a heavy Indian accent stated that he is calling from a law firm. I asked who are you and where are you and he said he is calling from a law firm. I said BS and he said you will think this is BS by tomorrow morning. I told him I have a debt consolidation company taking care of me and told him if he calls back I will have hm arrested.  ARGGGGGGGGGGGH!!!

I have been getting calls from this number all morning. They haven't called my work YET.. the people at 760-651-2851 did call my work last week after calling my phone a ton of times.  The guy that called me, also from Anderson Law Firm is named Alex Man. He just left me a voice mail that says if I don't call them back I will be arrested at my work tomorrow morning (good thing I'm off tomorrow LOL) What's scary is they know my social security number, he said it in the message

this number has called me every day and threatens to have me arrested that i owe something and they are a law firm when i try to ask who they really are and what they want they keep saying im yelling i told them i knew they were fake and i'd report their number to the police.  he then gets violent with me the number comes out of auburn alabama it's a cell phone that's all i know when i ask them to speak slower english cause i cant understand his accent he gets irate adkinsons law firm is who he say it is and his name is something johnson

I got a  call from this number saying that he was Anderson law firm and if I didn't call things will unfold on me I called back and just some foreigner trying to get money or something he's a total scam artist if you get a call from this number tell him to f*** himself f****ng people like this give foreigners a bad name

This number and another number has been trying to scam me for the last month!!! They have called my job stating that I have a criminal case. I looked up this number and another number on the computer and they both came back as a scam. They have told me that I was going to get arrested.

I had a call at work and my cell repeatedly saying I had a law suit for fraud, money laundering, and theft and moving money in my bank account, which is all laughable as I said and when was I supposed to have done this he got angry as he said I should read the emails he sent, I haven't seen an email unless its been going in my junk folder automatically. He said this case was for offences I done throughout 2012 in Florida, which was funny, as I lived in England up until December 2012, I told him where to shove it and he said the police would be around my house in the morning. I told the offending little sh*t to f**k off and he gave me the same and hung up

i recieved the same call and the guy said i needed an attorney i told him that i wouldnt need one for this case.these guys are professional scammers.dont give anyone money that wont tell you what you owe money for;and can prove it .ive been a business man for fifteen years,real debt collectors tell you what you owe for and they have evidence.these people are idiots.they got mad that i wouldnt give them money and told me that they would see me in hell.Sorry but im heaven bound,

I continue to receive threatening phone calls and voicemail from 334-539-3246. He claims to be calling from a law firm, and has told me that I would soon be arrested.

I got a call at work and my cell phone saying I was getting sued and i need to call 334-539-3246 and talk to Rick Anderson and that I was going to jail for 10 days .

The person who called you is a scam artist.  He has over 100 numbers he calls from.  He is scary, but don't give him any money - otherwise he wins!  He can't arrest you. He has a strong accent and can be forceful on the phone, but DO NOT give him any money.  If he calls back, tell him he is a scammer.  He called me too!

A guy with an Indian accent called me over and over and said I would have to pay a set amount by a certain time or the police will come to my home at 11am and arrest me. The # to call back is 334-539-3246 he said his name wa Bary Watson. What should I do?
